Overall pleasant experience

The location was exactly as described on the site, so it met all expectations. Enjoyed it very much. Take note, there are four long flights of stairs to get up to the apartment.

Perfect location

Cute little apartment, perfect for a couple. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the old town, but so quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the decoration of the place really nice. The apartment is on the 4th floor and you need to be able to walk many stairs. It was hot in Bordeaux and the apartment got very hot, but we were provided with two fans which made everything okay. I would totally recommend this place. The location was just PERFECT!!!!

Not been cleaned and poor communication

Sadly we arrived to find it had not been cleaned from previous guest. Filthy, stained unmade bed, dirty bathroom, wet towels and floors. We could not get onto owners via any of the numbers or email, including emergency. When we finally did, we were told to go out for another 1.5 hrs in the rain while they found a cleaner! Not fun after a day of travel! Owners have not responded to any messages since, all of which were polite. Very poor & unprofessional behaviour. Listing states check in at 2pm, but messages said only from 3.30pm. We arrived 3.45pm so very disappointed to then find it unclean and unusable. Beware of inaccurate information.

A week in Bordeaux

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Bordeaux. The location was ideal, we were made to feel really welcome when we arrived and Thomas gave us some really helpful information to make the most of our stay. We were in the heart of the old town.

El apartamento está situado en el mejor sitio posible. Puedes conocer andando los sitios mejores de la ciudad. La cama muy confortable, muy amplio el baño, la decoración y el diseño del apartamento es buenísimo. Limpio y luminoso. En la misma calle, hay cuatro restaurantes de distintos tipos y un gran café abierto todo el día. No pongo 5 estrellas porque subir los 4 pisos puede ser dificil para ciertas personas.
