The house is surrounded by greenery, near the center of Palermo. Easily accessible by any means. L 'accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a duplex with separate entrance. The mini apartment with entrance, bathroom with shower and bedroom with balcony. The house is nestled in the peaceful nature of the Conca d 'Oro of Palermo; away from the noise and smog of the big city, but equally close and easily accessible by public transport (two bus lines are just 500 m. from the house) You can enjoy the outdoor space in complete tranquility and enjoy the freedom of cook and eat all 'open air, in fact, a large kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue is available for guests who can also make use of outer space for lunch in the shade of a large gazebo and lush vegetation. In case of bad weather the guests who want to cook can use the indoor kitchen will be shared with the hosts.

aber ruhig gelegen. Ideal für Ausflüge nach Palermo und Monreale. Die Besitzer unterstützen hilfsbereit mit ihren Empfehlungen. Parken auf dem Grundstück. Außenküche. Gerne wieder.

agréablement surprise

Surprise par la richesse du lieu au niveau historique, des paysages de la géographie. 3 jours à Palerme ce n'est pas assez pour découvrir toute la beauté de cette île. Et nous avons eu un accueil excellent.

Particulièrement accueillir les invités. Couple marié chaleureux, gentil et attentionné. Ils ont tout laissé propre et rangé. Ce fut un réel plaisir de les avoir eu comme invités et un enrichissement de les avoir connus. Des invités qui seront heureux de les avoir de nouveau parmi nous à l'avenir et certainement à recommander.

accueil tres sympathique de la part de nos hotes .Une grande disponibilité pour venir nous chercher le premier soir nous emmener chercher a manger .Par la suite ils nous ont accompagnés et nous ont monter les endroits a voir les commodités pour accéder a Palerme en voiture.Le lieu est calme :la terrasse et la cuisine aménagée tres agreable.Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour et vous recommandons ce lieu et ses hotes vraimant charmants

Nos invités, se sont révélés des gens vraiment adorables, était serviable et sympathique; Ils étaient très correct et a quitté la maison propre et bien rangé. Ils sont un couple très sympathique qui nous ont signalé rapidement et de manière affable. Ce fut un plaisir d'avoir eu comme invités et sera de retour avec un grand enthousiasme pour les accueillir; Nous les recommandons à tous ceux qui auront la chance de les accueillir dans le futur.

Un appartement très bien situé pour visiter Palermo, une immense terrasse avec cuisine de plein air des plus agréables. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, et gardons un très bon souvenir de Guisy et Emanuele. A recommander les yeux fermés !

Excellent séjour à Palerme

L'appartement est pratique. Il est situé dans les collines de Palerme. Un moyen de transport est préférable pour visiter. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et ont tout fait pour que nous passions un bon séjour avec des conseils judicieux pour les visites. Jean-Marie e sua moglie, sono stati degli ospiti simpatici e corretti. Vivaci e attenti nel cogliere le suggestive bellezze della nostra località e di Palermo. Sono stati molto precisi e rispettosi dell' alloggio e delle cose al suo interno, lasciandolo ordinato e pulito. Ospiti cordiali e disponibili che è stato un piacere conoscere e che consiglio vivamente a quanti avranno modo di ospitarli in futuro. Se decideranno di ripetere questa esperienza io sarò lieta di ospitarli nuovamente.
