About this property
House with garden overlooking the scrubland
Our house of 105 m2 has been renovated with natural materials and furniture picked by our care.
It is on the ground floor with glass doors and located on the edge of the communal wood of Clapiers.
It enjoys the absolute calm of the pine forest and scrubland and the tranquility of a residential area.
At the beginning of June we had a cedar jacuzzi installed in the pine forest garden.
We have two adorable babes that will feed. They are independent and leave the house by their pet door.
Some plants to water by the hot summer.
Ideal for a couple, a family or friends.
Barbecue available.
Garden and terrace overlooking the pine forest.
Discreet neighborhood.
Very quiet area, very natural environment with access to hiking trails, hiking, mountain biking.
Access to the city center of Clapiers in 10 minutes walk: shops of proximity of quality (bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, futures, restaurants, organic store, pharmacy, hairdresser ...)
Water Park (Plein des Chênes), Media Library.
10 minutes drive to the Lac du Crès
25 minutes drive from the beaches (Carnon, Palavas the waves), Lake Salagou and several vineyards (Pic St Loup, Hortus ...).

Très bonne expérience pour nous que d'avoir Jocelyne et Martial dans notre maison. Ils se sont très bien occupés de nos chats et des plantes. La maison à leur départ était parfaitement rangée. Je les recommande sans hésitation.
