Friendly chalet in the heart of the forest, near the ocean
At Amelie sur Mer, near Soulac, in the heart of a secure and wooded residential park, discover this modern family chalet, combining functionality and conviviality. It has a large bright living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms including a double bedroom ground floor, another with double bed on the mezzanine and a master suite overlooking terrace and garden with views of the forest .
Summer kitchen located at the back giving garden.
Several activities on site: common swimming pool (+ children's pool) open according to the season, Tennis courts, Volleyball, Basketball, Ping-Pong, petanque, games children.
Guardian present at the year at the entrance of the Park.
Walking access to the ocean 20 minutes,
Free parking, free internet in the common area. Washing machine in the common area.
Linens not provided (provide sheets + bath towels), cleaning to be done by tenants at the exit.
Rental by the week or the night according to the period with reduced price except school holidays. Deposit 1000 €.
