This entire and peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing and lively stay for your whole family. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, swimming pool, terrace and barbecue. You are close (on foot) to a shopping centre, a Health Centre and a post office and all other local shops. You will be at the crossroads of the roads that lead you to the Volcan de la Fournaise, the Village of Hellbourg, the hiking trails to the Piton des Neiges and major cities including St Denis the Capital.<br>The "Villa Bella" is a single-storey apartment of 70m².<br>The front door opens onto an airlock where you can store your luggage.<br>The kitchen is open to the living room giving a living space of 30m². It has all the necessary equipment for your stay and even a beer tap for your moments around the pool.<br>"Villa bella" offers you bedroom n°1 of 10m² with air conditioning, bedroom n°2 of 9m² with air conditioner and bedroom n°3 of 7m² ventilated near the bathroom with Italian shower and toilet in separate space. A very airy terrace and annex to the living room awaits you for your meal breaks. After 3 steps of stairs you will enter the swimming pool area, barbecue area, patio with jacuzzi for your moments of relaxation. All located on a 500m² fenced area with a garage allowing you to park 2 to 4 cars.<br>My wife Anabelle and I Jean-Michel live 300 metres from "Villa Bella". At your request we are there in 5 minutes.
