Ruhe Haüs – peaceful house – was built in 2013 and is located in the Village of Collier in The Villages, FL. This well-cared for villa home is only a short 5-minute golf car drive to restaurants, shops, and nightly entertainment at Brownwood Square, and is just 55 minutes to theme parks. Children are welcome and can stay up to 2 weeks.

A Yamaha gas golf car, 4-seater with USB phone chargers is included with the rental - a value of over $200 per week. The back seat also drops down to allow for easy grocery transport when not strapping in golf clubs. Also included are two Resident Lifestyle passes - saving you $50 - and the ability to obtain additional guest passes at no charge. NOTE: Resident passes allow you full privileges of a Villages homeowner including the ability to make golf reservations by calling or booking online, sign up for classes, and use the regional sports pools. Guest IDs require a fee to golf, and reservations for any activities, including golf, are after all resident requests are satisfied. Golf reservations cannot be made online with a Guest ID and Guest IDs do not provide access to regional sports pools. Those with Guest IDs can still use family and adult pools througout the Villages,

Well-decorated and carefully maintained, the home has luxury vinyl flooring/tile and lovely, cordless window shutters throughout. Ruhe Haus includes stainless steel appliances; a kitchen equipped with both a Keurig and multi-cup coffee makers, blender, mixer, Instapot, toaster, baking supplies, and an ample supply of high quality dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and cookware; BBQ grill; wi-fi; Smart TVs with voice remote in the living room and master bedroom. No cable, but feel free to sign onto your favorite apps during your stay. Beach towels are also included and camp chairs. An infant portable crib, highchair and swing are available on a first come, first serve basis on request. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in, tile, shower in the primary bath (with seat), and two walk-in closets. The guest room is a queen-size bed, located off the hallway and which can be closed off from the living area with a sliding door. The third bedroom has a sofa couch that pulls out to a double bed, with all bed linens and pillows tucked away in the closet. A desk with printer is also located in the third bedroom. The second bathroom is between these two bedrooms.

In addition to the living and dining area (sits 6), the home has a relaxing, enclosed sun room with a 4-seat game table. A screened porch with a table and 4 chairs and a gas grill is next to the sunroom. Propane for the grill is provided. Please view the video for a complete perspective on this property.

Rentals are 7-days or longer with some exceptions. Discounts are provided for 28+ night stays. For long term rental of 30 days or more, the renter must be at least 55 years of age. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $175 cleaning fee (in total, not per pet). Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, and all pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. For your and your canine companion’s enjoyment, there are several dog parks in The Villages.

NOTE: Absolutely no RVs, trailers, Dually trucks, or boats can be parked at this property. Maximum of three cars. Also, this house is regularly rented to guests with pets. Please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
