The beach at the bottom of the building is a real plus!
Not to mention the sea view ...
The 32 m2 apartment renovated in 2018 is located on the first line facing the sea on the top floor, elevator.
The apartment has a separate bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, living room with kitchenette, terrace full sea view
private parking with automatic barrier, as well as a local bicycles
Along the beach by a pedestrian path are: bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, Thalasso center.
A wide range of water sports, such as windsurfing and water skiing, golf lovers will enjoy the Golf with 2 18-hole courses including 1 international and 1 6-hole course.
Thalassotherapy and tree climbing center, water park "Le Grand Bleu", Tennis. All these activities are between 5 and 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the city center by a walk along the sea.

Très bel emplacement

Ce petit appartement bien organisé et bien propre est très bien situé, vue mer, plage de sable fin juste en bas. Il est bon de prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon vue mer et de revenir en fin de journée et retrouver cet oasis de tranquillité. Catherine est très accueillante et a tout bien préparé pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, se reveiller le matin avec cette vue c'est tout simplement génial ! Appartement agréable et très bien équipé et l'accueil de Catherine très chaleureux, explique tout et très disponible pour ses vacanciers. Excellent sejour a la Grande Motte

Très bien accueilli par Catherine qui est une personne adorable et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Appartement au top du top il manque vraiment rien et une vue imprenable sur la mer. Je recommande et j'y reviendrai certainement.

Appartement PARFAIT ! Propreté IRRÉPROCHABLE ! Traversant : pas besoin de clim, jamais chaud pour dormir,totalement sécurisé au 4èm avec gd ascenseur, très calme... La vue sur la mer est ma-gni-fi-que ! La plage à 2mn est très chouette ! A 5mn à pied du bord de mer, port, restau de la Gde Motte. Et la propriétaire, fait partie de ces personnes que l'on a vraiment plaisir à rencontrer dans la vie !!!! Merci beaucoup Catherine ! 🙂

Un petit goût d'été en octobre.

L'appartement est situé en front de mer dans un secteur très calme, ce qui est à noter dans cette station balnéaire très vivante. A pied il faut compter à peine 10 minutes par des chemins piétons pour atteindre le centre de la Grande Motte. Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement et le confort y'est constamment amélioré. Nous avons ainsi inauguré une literie flambant neuve. L'accueil de Catherine est remarquable : elle est à l'heure au rendez-vous, prodigue d'excellents conseils, et est à votre écoute pour toute demande. Son petit secret, je pense : elle aime les gens...

Formidable appartement !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec un emplacement idéal et une vue incroyable ! L’appartement en lui-même est très agréable, très confortable et l’exposition est parfaite (surtout lors de fortes chaleurs). De plus, la propriétaire est très sympathique et de bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région !
