Loggerhead vacation

Had everything you could ask for or need for a stay at the beach. Loved the big deck and plenty of hot water with everyone taking showers at the same time. If we ever get the chance to go back would definitely stay here again

Loggerhead Landing vacation

The house was great, it was easy to check in, we arrived a little early and it was ready. House was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, the beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all. Pool was awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a perfect beach vacation!

Loggerhead landing

Overall a great property in a great location on one of our favorite beaches. Views are great and pool was wonderful. My only complaint is the lack of bed linens...I've never booked a vacation house and needed to bring them...always included. Thank you for a relaxing week away.

Great beachfront rental for a family

We had a wonderful stay at Loggerhead Landing. The location and beach are great, the house was very clean, and it provided everything we needed for an extended family beach week. The pool was perfect for the kids when they needed a break from the beach and for some of the older members of our party. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you for the great memories.

Wonderful house right on the beach

We loved this house, the decks and porches were perfect, the lounge chairs, hammock, everything we could have needed. The kitchen was well equipped. We had plenty of space for the 9 people in our party. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The house was lovely. Pictures were accurate. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was great with beautiful views of the ocean front. House could have better cleaner...that is the only negative thing I can say about it

Home Away From Home

Loggerhead Landing was everything I had hoped for in a vacation home. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful location. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook with ease. The beds were very comfortable. I slept the night through. The pool was nice and warm and well maintained.I definitely will stay there again if it is available when I vacation again at Holden Beach.

Great house. Unfortunatly prior renters did not follow instructions and trash containers were full (had not been taken to curb during week) and the trash in the unit had not been removed which slowed cleaning effort.

The location was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our time at Holden Beach. Upon arrival, we noticed a few items were not in working order. We reported the broken coffee maker immediately, as it was something we would need, and it was replaced the next day—thank you for the prompt response. We also noticed that one of the rockers was broken, but as we did not use it, we did not report it at the time. The owner later inquired about it and has since left a poor review of me, which I found disappointing.Additionally, we had an unusual experience where messages appeared through one of the TVs, which startled one of our guests. Overall, the location and home layout were perfect for our needs, but I am saddened to have received negative feedback for not identifying and reporting every issue in the home upon arrival. Guess lesson learned.

I talked with the renter immediately before you. This renter has rented from me for several years. She said that everything was in working order when they left. When the renter immediately after you arrived they immediately reported 2 (not 1 but 2) broken Polywood (not wood but Polywood) rocking chairs. When I asked you what happened you responded that you didn’t know anything about any broken chairs. The arriving renter also reported a broken closet door which had to be replaced. Your rental was hands down my worst experience with any renter I have ever had.

it would have helped if you had told us that you had beach chairs and a tent. we had to travel quite a distance carrying our own. other than that, the house was excellent'the view of the beach also was excellent , a clear view and solitary beach. we enjoyed our stay very much. of course at age 86 I had trouble with the stairs. someone had to help me up and down them. an elevator would be great.

Since items like beach chairs disappear and break during the season I am reluctant to guarantee that there wil be beach chairs at the property. There was no tent at the property at the beginning of the season. A previous guest must have left one. I am glad you enjoyed the property and the beach.

Great family home.

The house was exactly as listed. The space was great for our family’s needs. The kitchen was functional for preparing meals and eating together. Great pool (with a lot of fun toys and floats). Easy beach access on a quiet part of the beach. We look forward to returning.

Great stay at the beach!

Very nicely appointed home with essentials for the beach. The pool is AMAZING and we loved the heated feature on rainy days. The beach is very close to the walkway and the steps are limited, which was great for lugging a toddler back and forth. We had a lovely stay, and check-in and out were simple and contactless. Definitely would recommend!

Best Holden Beach House Ever!

Loved, loved this house! My 4 th rental at Holden Beach. Beach views awesome. Pelicans were everywhere and got to see some turtle nets nearby. Kitchen well equipped! Loved the 1/2 bath on main living area. Heated pool was greatly used and appreciated the seats in the pool. Lots of pool toys. Plenty of outdoor seating and a picnic table. Beds and pillows were comfy. Clean! Probably will book again for next year. Hated to leave the beach. Wished I could stay another week!
