In a small 19th century building, the stone walls and the decoration will bring you a change of scenery in a warm and maritime atmosphere. Double bedroom on the mezzanine and sleeping area below for 2 single beds, open kitchen (very well equipped) in the dining room, bathroom with shower and bathtub.

L'appartement est vraiment charmant et très bien situé pour visiter Belle-île. Proche de la gare routière, du port, du marché, et des restaurants. La communication avec Hervé et avec Maryse est agréable et facile. En ce qui concerne les draps et serviettes, pensez à contacter les blanchisseries de l'île, elles offrent des kits vacanciers livrés et récupérés au lieu et à l'horaire de votre choix.

Idéalement placé au coeur de la capitale belle iloise, grand et propre, le bémol le plancher grince beaucoup et la chambre est en mezzanine avec un escalier assez inconfortable. Un parking pour voiture ( gratuit ) est possible à 5mn coté citadelle. SInon on ne vient pas à belle ile pour la regarder mais il faut reconnaitre quel la TV ressemble plus à un écran de PC...

Appartement typique au coeur d'une jolie rue animée

Accueil sympathique par une commerçante du coin de la rue. L'appartement a un côté rustique mais bien équipé, fonctionnel et à la décoration agréable. A proximité (5minutes) de l'embarcadère, du départ des bus, et en plein centre sans etre bruyant. Un bon pied a terre pour découvrir Belle-Île.

Nous avons fait 3 jours de randos et l'emplacement du logement et les cars bleus le tout était top. Après dans le détail il est dommage qu'il n'y a ni draps ni serviettes de toilette. Nous étions à pieds et draps et serviettes prennent de la place dans un sac à dos.

Séjour dans un authentique habitat ancien et avec une décoration recherchée. Beaucoup d'objets, livres et équipements; ce qui est agréable mais au détriment de l'entretien (poussière). Les couchages sous mansarde sont acrobatiques.

Séjour génial avant la reprise de l'école pour les enfants et du boulot pour nous. La location était top, très bien située. Proche des commerces, des bus, des sentiers du GR,... Les explications et l'accueil étaient top. Je recommande ce logement !!!
