This villa has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds), 2 shower rooms and a spacious living-dining room.



The living space consists of a modern and fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a bright living room, the large windows of the living room allow to make the most of the light and give direct access to its terrace with a 7 x 3,5m swimming pool and garden.

It is tastefully furnished and can accommodate up to 6 people.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump for the winter.

It has WIFI and TV with FRENCH channels.





The swimming pool has a heat pump for the winters and if you wish to swim there is an additional cost.



It is located on Vistabella Golf, a renowned golf course on the Costa Blanca which is currently under development.
