Standing in a beautiful residence, 450 metres from Torre de la Horadada's beautiful beaches and close to the fair.



This modern flat for 4 persons has a big terrace of 19 square metres with views onto a big garden and the residence's swimming pool.



It counts with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with household appliances, a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace, another bedroom with two single beds which can be combined to become a double on request and two bathrooms with WC.



The flat has TV, wi-fi and hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms.



The residential area is private and has a large heated swimming pool open from November to April and there is also access to a children's pool, a jacuzzi, showers and changing rooms with toilets.



The flat is on the first floor and also has an underground garage with a lift. The area is very pleasant. It is possible to walk, cycle or drive around very quietly. In the vicinity of the flat there are several golf courses.

This is a comfortable apartment in a quiet complex, fairly near to amenities.It gets lovely early morning sun, but the balcony area is in the shade(in winter) ftom lunch time onwards. This is not too much of a problem as there are sun loungers down by the pool area. The pool itself seemed quite warm tho we didnt actually have a dip! This
