Beautiful apartment located in a wonderful building in Costa Adeje.
The apartment has a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and more has a new TV LED 40 '' and free Wifi in the apartment and in the pool.

The complex consists of four pools, one heated in winter, children's pool and two other pools great and wonderful, with a restaurant and bar with great cocktails and a menu at good prices.
Reading area with free WiFi and games in the pool area.
It is one of the best buildings of Tenerife, in Arabic style, ideal for your holiday, for a total relaxation.
The complex was awarded for its beauty and originality, unique in Tenerife, comparable to a 5 stars hotel but quieter and with an affordable price, for its swimming pools with loungers and thatched umbrellas, with the service of an elegant bar serving drinks and meals while sunbathing.

Viel zu laut für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Ich kann das Apartment nicht empfehlen, es liegt direkt am Eingang zum Pool und sehr nahe an den Müllräumen, was zur Folge hatte, dass wir bei jeder Müllentleerung - die nachts stattfindet - geweckt wurden. Achtung - bei Buchungen bitte berücksichtigen, dass das Apartment weder eine Terrasse noch einen Balkon hat - ich habe das beim Buchen übersehen. Da für die Poollandschaft ein Schlüssel erforderlich ist, hat jeder Lieferant, der morgens das Poolrestaurant beliefert, lauthals vor unserem Schlafzimmerfenster nach dem Betreiber gerufen, damit dieser die Tür öffnet. Trotz klar definierter Poolregeln, war der Pool permanent mit schreienden Kindern frequentiert (ist ausdrücklich verboten). Security-Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht aber leider überfordert. Anlage ist ansonsten sehr schön und sehr gepflegt, das Restaurant ist wirklich vorzüglich und bietet ein spitzen Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Aber das war´s dann leider auch schon - wir haben den Aufenthalt wegen Schlafmangel und mangelnder Möglichkeiten uns zu erholen, nach 3 Nächten abgebrochen und sind in ein Hotel gezogen.

I appreciate you liked the complex, I'm sorry but it is really the first time we had complaints about noisy. Just for the next friendly guests, I would like to reply honestly to this feedback. It's the first time in 3 years that a guests doesn't like his stay, the complex is wonderful, the apartment is very nice, new and fully equipped, it's like the picture and description(we don't mention balcon in the description..), it's just next to the door to the pool so it is very comfortable and easy to go to the swimming pools, there is not noisy in the complex, nobody had complaint, there is a security man all day. The apartment is perfect for your holidays, it's smart, cute, there is not balcony but the complex it's so big so it's not so important because you can enjoy the terrace in the bar (of course in the complex you can find bigger apartment with terrace for double prize). The swimming pools area is very big, there are 4 pools, so if some people doesn't like kids (I think it is normal that family going for holidays and kids plays, kids are just kids and they have right to play as well with respect to everybody) can find a quite area in the swimming pool because the complex is so big, it's just amazing, please come and try yourself!

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Dans un endroit calme et une résidence de luxe, avec un accès direct à 4 piscines extérieures. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner, le diner, où tout simplement un verre au bar et restaurant de la résidence, au bord de la piscine. Appartement très bien entretenu, très bien équipé, et propriétaire très sympathique. Place de parking privée dans la résidence gardée par un vigile, c'est idéal. Le seul petit moins, c'est que les ouvertures qui servent de fenêtres sont très petites.

Nice complex

The apartment is modern and was mostly well equipped. The pool and restaurant bar were very good. Unfortunately the gate to the pool, located in walkway just outside apartment, was really annoying, as everyone had to unlock gate just by narrow slit window. Generally, people didn't look into lounge as they passsed through gate, but I found it distracting. Also, disappointed that no change of duvet cover available during 2 week stay and poor quality bed linen, with old, bobbly fitted sheet.

A nice apartment located in a superb and secure complex

We stayed at the apartment for 9 nights and had a most enjoyable holiday. The apartment is quite small but has all the facilities you require including lots of towels, bed linen, hairdryer and toiletries. The apartment is very quiet and the complex itself is first class. Lovely pools with plenty of sunbeds and the onsite bar and restaurant was an added bonus. The restaurant menu is large and varied and the cocktails were excellent. We enjoy a quiet holiday just chilling and this certainly ticked all the boxes. We didn't venture far as the weather was beautiful so we spent our days relaxing by the pool. We did go to El Taller, a small tapas restaurant a ten minute walk away and I can recommend it as a very good dining experience. We got a taxi in to Costa Adeje to meet friends for dinner and if you want a busier experience with nightlife it is just approx 15 Euros each way including a tip. All in all we couldn't fault our stay at all and Daniele and Marco are just a phone call away if you need anything. I would definitely recommend the apartment and although it is set in a more quiet area - that is a bonus as far as we were concerned.

Beautiful place

Just stayed here for 2 weeks. Wow what a place it was beautiful will definitely be going back. The owner Daniella was really nice and helpful. The apartment was perfect would definitely recommend.
