Beautiful architect villa with pool and sea view
In Nice villa 160M2 full south with room of life giving on a terrace of 100m2 with view on the sea and the hills. 4 bedrooms including 3 master bedroom with bathroom or shower, a bathroom, 3 toilets, laundry, beautiful pool with a pool house with a barbecue, a table for your meals outside. Sheets, towels and swimming pool are available. Pool with 4 sunbeds and five chiliennes and an outdoor shower. A trampoline, a ping pong table will entertain you between two swimming. You will be 15 minutes from the city center and beaches Nice, but also from Monaco and Italy. Surrounded by olive trees you will spend a quiet stay in a very pleasant environment.
