Chalet La Plagne 20 people at the foot of the slopes

Located in the heart of Les Coches resort (200m from the town center), in the middle of the Paradiski area (La Plagne and Les Arc), our chalet for 20 people (10 adults and 10 children), entirely renovated in the mountain spirit (with noble and quality materials - is close to shops, with ski-to-door return and 160 meters from the gondola and the ESF.
After a long day on the slopes, you can relax in the jacuzzi, on the terrace with a breathtaking view or in front of a beautiful fireplace, with family and friends.
Price between 1500 € (week summer) and 7000 € (Winter week)
Covering an area of 170 m², it has 5 bedrooms with double beds and 2 dormitories with 6 single beds and 4 single beds. The kitchen all in wood and granite is fully equipped, there are different balconies.

You will enjoy TVs in bedrooms and living room, DVD player, washer / dryer, dishwasher, freezer and ski storage.
The heating is on the floor.
Free parking in the resort near the chalet. Possibility to come to the foot of the chalet by car to unload the business.

About the station:
Les coches are located on the domain of La Plagne, located in the heart of the French Alps is an ideal destination for the whole family. Located at 1390m above sea level, Les coches are part of the Paradiski ski area which is the ski area which includes La Plagne, Les Arc and Champagny. Skiing is guaranteed until the end of the season (there are 2 glaciers). In Les Coches, you will find something to do for the whole family, skiers and non-skiers. You can go snowshoeing, walking, ski touring, sledding, cross-country skiing or discover the history of the resort and the cultural heritage of this small mountain village.

Access:
Les coches are easily accessible from the N 90 and is located 150 km (2 hours) from Geneva, 2 hours 15 minutes from Lyon and Grenoble airports or 1 hour 15 minutes from Chambéry airport. The station is only 15 minutes from Aime train station. The chalet is accessible by car.

Fantastic Ski Week!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Loved the easily accessible ski area which seemed fairly snow sure. The 9am opening of the lift was a little congested but we were there in half term so that was expected. We loved the smallness of Les Coches which had most things we needed apart from a Pharmacy. The chalet had a perfect shared living space for our group. It would have been helpful if there was an extra shower and toilet but we managed better than we first thought. Some easy improvements would be tea towels and communal hand towels and maybe a mirror in each bedroom, but very minor points. We absolutely loved the sauna and jacuzzi, as did the teenagers. The plunge pool wasn't available and given we were there for a winter break, didn't use the barbeque. The showers were hot and powerful. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Thank you Jules, for your comments, we note the mirrors in each room! This will be in the evolutions of this year ;-) Where there is already: -Finally high-speed internet (by satellite) - 2 outdoor tables of 3m long and therefore mirrors in each room.

Good value for money

We had a good stay. The location of the chalet is actually very good. Close to the slopes and the village even if uphill. The rooms and especially the beds are a bid small (width but also length). Not all rooms have a cabinet to hang cloths. Even though there are 3 toilets, in reality there are only 2 that are easily usable as the third one is in the attic floor and not easily accessible for kids). The living room is quite well organised for a group with adults and kids. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, cups etc. But may be not enough pots to cook for big group. The outdoor space is nice. We enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. The sauna is nice as well but takes more effort and preparation as it works on wood. The entry hall with ski booth dry rack is very practical and well organised. For us the lack of internet was the biggest missing element as the cellphone network is not great either.

Thanks for your comments. for the internet, I'm sorry, that's why it's clearly specified in the ad (and as long as fiber doesn't reach the village, it will be complicated to answer - we hope this year because elke arrived in Montchavin since last summer). for the beds, they are standard size 140x190 or 80x190 (double and single). As for the crockery or pans side, we are naturally very attentive to this because, like your group, by breaking glasses we regularly add to them.

Una vacanza bellissima. La casa è spaziosa e funzionale. Il terrazzo con i due lunghi tavoli in legno, il barbecue e il tramonto spettacolare ci hanno regalato momenti magici. Ottima la posizione, sia per le passeggiate che per lo sport, con campi da tennis, da beach volley e da ping-pong liberi e gratuiti! Una situazione perfetta per un gruppo amante della montagna e numeroso come il nostro.

Lovely chalet in a great location

We had a great week staying in Les Coches. The communication from the owners throughout the booking process and prior to our arrival was detailed and excellent. The chalet is in a great location which means you can ski back to the door in good snow conditions- we were there over New Year and were able to do so.Les Coches is in a good position to access La Plagne and Les Arcs. There is a pleasant village centre with shops and bars. We were there for New Year’s Eve and there was a great atmosphere in the village and an impressive firework display. The chalet itself is very well presented. There is an outdoor ski shed and a spacious boot room and lobby with a heated boot rack and lots of hanging space. There is a well equipped kitchen, spacious open plan living room with a easy to use fireplace with plenty of wood. A fab hot tub on the terrace with lights and Bluetooth speaker. The two dormitory rooms were great for the teenagers in our group so they could all share together. The double rooms were also well presented. It is worth noting that the en-suite bathrooms are just showers and basin. There are 3 toilets in the chalet which are separate from the bathrooms. Initially we thought this may be a problem but was not an issue for our party of 16 people. We all loved the chalet and would highly recommended it and would definitely stay there again.
