Superb top of the range chalet, brand new (completed in 2020), very well located in the resort "LA PLAGNE- LES COCHES" at the foot of the slopes of the Paradiski ski area with a magnificent Mont Blanc view.

We rent our brand new chalet for 12 people, ski in and ski out, located in the centre of the LA PLAGNE-PARADISKI ski area (Les Arcs area + La Plagne area = 3rd largest ski area in the world), offering 425kms of skiable slopes.
Our chalet is just opposite the slopes (Petit Sauget ski lift) and the Piou-Piou children's club, and next to the Lac Noir cable car (for access to the La Plagne area) and the Télébufette cable car (free of charge, allowing you to reach the centre of the resort until 5.30pm).
The exceptional location of the chalet means that you can park your car on arrival (private car park at the bottom of the chalet) and leave it behind. You can do your shopping on foot (6min) or by taking the Télébufette cable car (200m from the chalet) or by taking the shuttle bus (stop in front of the chalet).

You can access the resort of Les ARCS by the Vanoise Express cable car (by taking the Plan Bois chairlift located 200m from the chalet).

The chalet of 165m² is composed of 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, 4 WC.

We have a second identical chalet for rent next door, as well as a 4 person flat if you are too many people for one chalet.

- Fresh bread and pastries are delivered in the morning (service provided by our trustworthy person who will give you the information on your arrival).

- The bedding is new and of high quality, the duvets and pillows are new (soft pillow or "memory foam" as you wish), "special back" top of the range hotel mattress.

- Sheets, towels and cleaning are included (sheets are not included in summer, please ask for them). Beds are made up on arrival.

- If you are more people, you have the possibility of renting in addition the T2 below the chalet for 4 people (30m2) including a living room (very comfortable sofa bed with wooden slats and thick mattress) with a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a small shower room with WC.
