Typical Norman half-timbered house dating from 1550 (mid-XVI ° century) arranged with care and comfort. A garden oriented south-west will allow you to relax after returning from your walks. On the ground floor garden, kitchen-meal and living room, the first 2 bedrooms and shower room, the second 1 bedroom and bathroom. Upon express request from you we can add you a cot, at your disposal for free, may be suitable for a child under 2 years.

Great location in Rouen

We spent a week there. Well equiped house, close to metro, with the old town nearby. Easy walking distances to various sights. Would stay there again.

Location très calme proche du métro et de la gare, correctement équipée, donnant accès facile aux sites de Rouen à visiter et avec un joli petit jardin privatif (en cas de beau temps!). Petit défaut un escalier intérieur pas facile qui mériterait une main courante.

Tolle Lage

Mitten in der Stadt zu wohnen und einem kleinem Garten gemütlich beisammen zu sitzen, das bietet diese Ferienwohnung. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man im Zentrum, der Franprix ist an der nächsten Straßenecke. Für kleinere Kinder könnte die Treppe etwas gefährlich sein, sie ist teilweise gewendelt und hat sehr unterschiedlich hohe Stufen. Aber das gehört zu einem fast 500 Jahre alten Gebäude dazu.

Haus mit viel Charme

Wir kamen in ein wunderschön renoviertes Haus mit Fachwerk, das nicht weit von den mittelalterlichen Gassen der Altstadt entfernt liegt. Die Ausstattung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt. Parken ist nicht weit entfernt kostenfrei möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
