Romantic Getaway, LOWEST DENSITY on the Island, STAND ALONE BUNGALOWS!

September special: $695/night (usually $850/night)

Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (9) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by at least 46'. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quiet and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa.

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Our stay was a dream, the bungalow was beautiful and just perfect for our stay. All the staff was so helpful. I would highly recommend swaying palms for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing vacation!

This was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The bungalow was very private and it felt like we had the entire beach/ocean to ourselves. I will add that there is a lot of seaweed but once you get past that by walking through it, we preferred the kayak, you were in beautiful clear water again! They worked hard everyday to clear it. Jen was also great with the couple requests we had. I will also add that the bedroom is the only space with air conditioning so it could get hot in the main area. Overall, we still loved it.

Island paradise

Our new favorite place! We came for our honeymoon and fell in love with it. The bungalow was amazing and exactly like the photos! Very clean and right on the beach! We did not want to leave! We highly recommend to stay here!

Actual Paradise

Please don't stay here. Or if you must, please don't tell anybody about it. Once word gets out to the travel magazines about this place it will be impossible to book here again. It is everything you see in the pictures and much much more. It's clean, well landscaped, well stocked and very comfortable. The bed is amazingly comfortable and so is the plush outdoor seating. The hosts are so accommodating and sweet. They were waiting for us when we drove in from the airport and on-site when we had any questions. Did I mention there is an outdoor rain shower that makes you feel like a celebrity? We woke up in the mornings well rested and walked steps to the ocean with a cup of coffee to put our feet into the clear ocean. We also went paddle boarding and kayaking (equipment they have there waiting for you), and scuba diving (the hosts gave us suggestions for a company to use). We looked into and walked around the expensive all inclusive hotels (Seven Stars and the Shore Club) and we couldn't wait to leave and go back to our little bungalow on the water. The only thing wrong with our trip was it was too short. Book it seriously, you will not regret it. Except, please don't.

Truly stunning property in paradise!

My husband and I stayed at Swaying Palms Bungalows for 8 days, and it EXCEEDED our expectations. First of all, the interaction with Emily when we arrived was so warm and welcoming, and communication with both Terri and Emily leading up to and after our stay, was friendly and prompt. Be, the onsite property manager, was like a beach fairy cleaning and tidying things so as not to disturb us at all, but his presence was noticed by the constant upkeep. Thank you all! Now to the even BETTER STUFF: The property itself was immaculate and kept manicured and very tidy. Our Bungalow was stunning with a plunge pool for a cooler dip, a full kitchen, and all the amenities we needed, including SUP's and floats, beach chairs and an umbrella. And let's talk about the BEACH....gorgeous. Soft powder white sand greets you just steps off your patio, and the beach chairs and ocean are a mere 15 steps away from your private bungalow patio (with ample places to sit for comfort). Private, quiet, secluded and STUNNING. I would suggest renting a car, as we did (we used Island Jeeps and Russ was super friendly and accommodating). The Graceway Gourmet grocery is just a 5 minute drive from the bungalow and everything is an 8 minute drive across the island to the Grace Bay side where you'll find delicious restaurants to enjoy dining out. My only problem now is that after writing this, I so DESPERATELY want to go right back. Party of 2 for Bungalow 7, please!

Relaxing Getaway

This was one of the best vacations that we have ever taken. The property was beautiful! The landscaping of the property created a private atmosphere which we loved. Of course, the view was incredible. Jen, the property manager, and B were extremely helpful and offered suggestions on where to go on the island. I you're looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway, I would highly recommend this property.

This place is absolutely amazing. The views of the water were great and watching the sun come up every morning was my favorite. The staff are the nicest people and they are very helpful. I would highly recommend this place it’s very quiet and peaceful was a great place to spend our honeymoon

Beautiful Quiet Beach

My husband and I had the most amazing week staying here! We loved these bungalows! They were so peaceful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the kite surfing and using the paddle boards and kayaks. Highly recommend if your looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax!

Truly Amazing

This place offered exactly what we were hoping for. The views, beach access and privacy were spectacular. Having access to full kitchen and private patio/pool was lovely. Owners and manager were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend if you are looking for a villa instead of a resort. Recommend renting a car/Jeep to get around if you decide to venture out.
