Oceanfront 1 Bedroom, AMAZING views

Side Note- The property to the west has been a vacant lot, but as of 10/23, construction has begun to take place by the Hyatt Hotel Group for the Andaz Hotel. This will take from 18-24 months to complete. Given the normal wind flow, we expect minimal impact on guest visits with regards to noise or dust as the wind normally carries both away from Coral Gardens. Our unit is the FURTHEST in the building from this (see photo with heart over our unit). If you have any concerns before booking, please reach out. However, this construction should mostly not be an issue at all.

Imagine waking to the stunning views of the world-famous Grace Bay, directly in front of the crystal-clear waters of The Bight Reef (also known as Coral Gardens), the most popular snorkeling site in the Turks and Caicos. Welcome to Coral Gardens #4201!

Our recently remodeled Condominium affords a sophisticated retreat just steps from the ocean with all the necessary amenities and comforts to make your stay a memorable one. With floor to ceiling retractable doors, this 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath ocean-front condominium is just steps away from the beach.

The condo features a king-sized bed (with en-suite bathroom) and a pull-out queen sofa, which together can comfortably accommodate four. There is a washer/dryer in the condo as well as a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, coffee pot and dishwasher. If you choose to eat some of your meals in, you can enjoy dining on the patio during amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with all the pans, pots, silverware, plates, and amenities necessary. With the grocery store just 1.3 miles away, stocking up on food necessities is easy and convenient.


Onsite amenities include:

Restaurant/Bar named 'Somewhere Cafe' serves lunch and dinner and occasionally has live music.

Housekeeping services are provided every other day during your stay for a good balance of privacy and cleanliness, however if you ever need something the onsite staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Also included are beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas While the beach front is open to the public, these amenities are reserved for our Guests only. You're guaranteed the best seat on the beach.

What a wonderful place to stay!! Right on the ocean, beautiful view and the location on the island is great. The condo was stocked with everything you need (except detergent and dishwasher tablets, so bring those!). Communication with Shane was great. And having Somewhere Cafe right there to grab a quick lunch and Pina Colada was perfect. If we ever come back, we will definitely be staying here!

This was an amazing place to stay during our time at Turks and Caicos. Beautiful view of the ocean from the living room deck. Great beach with chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided. The snorkeling was excellent right on that beach. Somewhere restaurant was right there as well to grab a quick bite to eat when you don’t want to leave the space. We rented a car and it was easy to get to all the restaurants and other beaches we wanted to try. Shane was great to work with ahead of time and answered all our questions about what to do and what to bring for our first trip to the island. The front desk was also very helpful throughout our stay. The place was clean and very comfortable for our whole stay. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room as we were exploring all the island had to offer but there was lots of space and all that we needed there. Thanks for a great vacation stay. We definitely want to come and stay again someday.

Still some construction next door - runs 7 days a week starting around 6:45am…. Appears that some construction workers hide on the balconies and play on their phones all day - they have a direct line of sight into the balcony. Out of all the condos on this side of the building this one and the one above it had the most privacy though. Building is in a great centralized location.

The Condo exceeded our expectations, perfect location with exceptional view from the unit, steps from the beach which offered very good snorkeling, Somewhere cafe' on property, the boat excursion we booked picked us up right off the beach in front of the unit. On site staff very helpful and friendly. Pictures dont do this island justice. Highly recommend.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at this well appointed property. Communication from the host upon booking as well as leading up to our vacation was helpful for planning our arrival. Check-in was a breeze; we were given a quick tour of the unit and provided information about the Coral Gardens property. The beach and beautiful water were right out the sliding doors which made for a nice view. Spent lots of time on the balcony watching all the activity in the water and along the beach. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There were toiletry items in the bathrooms and plenty of towels. Kitchen contained a good variety of pans, cooking utensils and glasses/mugs. For the coffee lovers, both a drip pot and a Keurig to choose from. We ate at several restaurants and the food was all really good. Indigo at the Wymara hotel was our favorite meal. Land Sea was our favorite for service and ambiance overlooking the water. Great drinks at the Pink Bar and the Marine Room as well. We also took advantage of the grocery store close by and ended up preparing a few meals. We rented a car from Grace Bay Rentals which was very conveniently located across the street from the airport which made traveling around the island easy.We are already missing the view of the beautiful water and white sand as we have arrived back home.

This place was great. We had a great snorkeling and swimming in the turquoise waters right in front of the resort. The condo is accurately reflected in the photos and was very comfortable for us. View is wonderful, and the cafe onsite is very convenient (and food was good). On-site staff is helpful and the couple times I needed info from Shane he responded immediately. The Wifi is sketchy in the bedroom, and you'll need to connect to a different network node in there to get anything close to a steady connection. And a couple of places in the apartment can use a coat of paint or minor fixture updates. Nothing that would prevent one from staying and and we certainly would again. Location is great for being on the beach and walkable to a couple of the other small resorts nearby, but you pretty much need a car to go to the main resort and town area in Grace Bay. Everything was a short drive (5-10 minutes). Restaurant recommendation: We ate at Indigo one evening and it was outstanding.

Shane’s place in Coral Gardens was fantastic. Great location, clean, safe, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved have Somewhere Cafe on site. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing view from the balcony. Convenient location to snorkel. The room is super clean and it had everything we needed. The reason for 4 stars is the sofa bed mattress, springs are all sticking out and noise from the spring kept kids up at night. Otherwise, we loved the stay!

Great location

When we booked it we didn’t realize that it was right in front of one of the best snorkeling areas. Pleasant surprise! The restaurant was great. We would totally stay here again.

Shane and Ron live just north of Dallas, Texas with our 2 Scotties, Finn and Kody. We first visited Turks & Caicos in 2009. Even mistakenly visiting during Hurricane season, it was the best vacation we ever had. Between the crystal clear water and white sands, we were hooked. We bought this Condo in 2017 and have enjoyed it ever since. We are excited to introduce others to the amazing Grace Bay.

Why they chose this property

This property is small enough to be personable and private. It's also more affordable than many of the neighboring properties. The location right on the Ocean with the reef directly in front makes it an excellent location. The second floor ocean view from this condo is the only reason you need to stay here!

What makes this property unique

This property is lucky to have "The Somewhere Cafe" on site for convenient and tasty meals. The Bight Reef is a very popular snorkeling area and located just out front.
