Penthouse Condo at Ocean Club Plaza. A large covered terrace affords a dining area and comfortable seats to sip pre dinner cocktails with open views of the island.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen gives a contemporary ambiance. The kitchen is well equipped, the owners have tried to provide more than would be expected of a typical holiday home.

This home away from home is beautifully furnished, with 2 bedrooms with their own en-suite shower rooms. One queen bed and 2 twins provides 4 guests with comfort and space. All linen and beach towels are provided. the twins can be made in to a King Size Bed - please request.

Solano is the resort restaurant offering excellent food. The resort water craft can be hired and paid for locally.
Exceptionally well positioned for the local amenities, not only for relaxing during the day but to enjoy the fine dining and bars this area has to offer - all within walking distance!

The condo was clean and had everything our family needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The location was close to the beach and pool as well as grocery, restaurants and shopping.Communication with the host, management and staff was great. We had an amazing two weeks in Louise’s condo. It was clean and very well equipped. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect for our family. Louise and Thashena were excellent hosts and communication was great. Absolutely can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped with all what we needed to have a comfortable and amazing stay (we were a party of 4). Instructions to check in were clear and easy to follow, and communication with Louise was quick, friendly, and effective. Kitchen was wonderful, air conditioning worked perfectly (which tends to not be the case in our experience in rental properties), and having access to the Ocean Club gym and beach amenities was great! Grocery store, restaurants and gift shops at walking distance. What we loved the most was the proximity to the most beautiful beach. Be mindful that apartment is on a 3rd floor with no elevator. Thankfully we traveled light and didn't have to carry heavy luggage upstairs and downstairs. Thanks so much for having us. We would definitely return to this place to visit Grace Bay again.

We are a family of four with two college aged daughters so I wanted a two bedroom, two bathroom condo for our vacation and this unit worked out perfectly. It's just a short walk to the beach and being able to use the amenities at Ocean Club West was great. The beach is beautiful and getting drinks and lunch from the beach bar was so nice. The condo is well maintained and is in a great location. We walked to many restaurants and for our morning lattes. This unit would also be perfect for friends or couples traveling together and I plan to rent it again when I return to the island.

This is a wonderfully clean and well-maintained condo in a perfect location. You have access to a gorgeous resort and are in walking distance of many restaurants, stores and activities. I have never met a more attentive and thoughtful host: Louise was unfailing responsive, helpful and clear. She has amazing documentation that she sends ahead of time. The condo is really quite ideal, and the beds are so comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about the condo and about the host. Thank you!!! We would 100% come again.

We had a fantastic stay in Louise's property. It was the perfect home away from home for our family, in a great location close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, well-maintained and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit so we didn't go back home w/ a suitcase full of dirty laundry. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay on Grace Bay

Everything about Louise's property was perfect for our week long stay. The unit and amenities were even better than advertised. We particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach amenities (cart, floats, chairs). Short walk to the perfect beach at Grace Bay and very convenient to many great restaurants and shops. No issues using the included amenities at Grace Bay (beach chairs, pool, fitness center). We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Honestly, I don’t think they understand what “luxury” means. The apartment needs a lot of work—there’s nothing luxury about it at all. The towels are very old, the sitting area has a noticeable smell, and the bathrooms are outdated and not very functional. The only good things were the washer, dryer, and fridge—everything else was disappointing. They also advertise using the Ocean Club Plaza name and photos, but all you actually get is access to their beach chairs. That’s it. We even paid $60 for just one hour of paddle board use. Overall, we paid way too much for what we got, and it feels very misleading.

Great property, loved the convenient location of being in close to the beach and close to grocery store, restaurants, and stores. Walkable to all those things. Well situated clean and well stocked

Louise hoes beyond expectation in creating s stress free bacation. Be aware that it is on third flloor of stairs only building and a walk through the resort buildings to get to the beach.

Why they chose this property

we bought this apartment and furnished it to a standard that I would always be happy to holiday in. It frustrates me to arrive in a strange destination to find hardly any equipment to cook a family meal, no cork screw etc If you think we have missed an essential item that would have made your stay that little bit more comfortable let me know.

A beautiful south westerly facing balcony, walking distance to all your needs such as a deli, bakery, restaurants , beach and bar - not neccessarily in that order. No car needed as all amenitis are within an easy walk. A taxi can be pre-booked for your trip from the airport and return. 24/7 security on site. Our reliable manager will greet you and show you around the apartment and will be available for the duration of your trip PLUS a midwek housekeeping and linen change is INCLUDED in the nightly rate for stays of 5 nights or longer
