Your safety is top priority, we follow all COVID regulations and cleaning protocols. The unit is equipped with hand sanitizer, masks and cleaning supplies and additional housekeeping is available (at an additional charge upon request).

The resort upholds the COVID regulations and you can be assured your safety and that of all guests and staff is paramount. You will find hand sanitizing stations throughout the resort. We ask that you do your part by following the current government rules: wearing a mask, social distancing, following curfews that may be in place and limiting gathering numbers. The Turks and Caicos Islands has added COVID-19 Testing Sites to accommodate the CDC Requirements (all air passengers arriving to the United States from a foreign country must be tested no more than three days prior to entry to the United States and present negative results prior to boarding their flights).

In addition to the CDC’s rules for testing prior to flying to the US, the Turks and Caicos Islands still requires negative COVID-19 PCR test results within five days prior to arrival to the destination as a part of TCI Assured, a quality assurance pre-travel program and portal.

A private location yet a mere fifteen minute drive from the airport and twenty minute drive to the Grace Bay area. This location is quiet and serene not for those looking for the action at Grace Bay.

Fully equipped, third floor oceanfront condo, clean and spacious. Open floor plan with ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom!

Unit sleeps 4 comfortably with master bedroom suited with a king size bed and guest room equipped with a queen bed. Pullout sofa is available for an extra guest or child.

Sometimes when vacationing we still need to keep in touch. This unit features free WiFi to stay connected.

This location is steps to the private 16 mile beach perfect to enjoy a morning or afternoon stroll. While strolling along the Northwest Point National Park you will enjoy the sights of nature including pelicans and osprey.

The beachfront is equipped with chairs and umbrellas for guests’ comfort. Enjoy swimming, fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, or kayaking right out the door! If you choose to venture to one of the many other beaches on the island our unit is equipped with a couple of folding beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to take on your adventures. Also available for your use are a few snorkel masks and fins. Enjoy the beauty of the island.

The resort features and an over-sized pool and hot tub with ocean-views.

The resort has a restaurant on-site which is open seasonally and can accommodate reservations. Upon Check-in you many inquire about hours, reservations, and daily specials. With current COVID regulations the on-site restaurant is closed, re-opening TBD.

You can relax knowing we adhere to all COVID-19 protocols. The cleanliness of our unit is of the utmost importance. You can rest knowing the space has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and no check-in required. The unit is equipped with extra cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer and starter supplies for your stay.

For nights you decide to eat-in, a communal grill is available for guest use. Dine by the pool and after dinner take in the beauty of the universe by star gazing from the beach. The night view is a site you don't want to miss.
