Just got back from 4 nights at this property. Communication was great, from booking and through the stay. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable - we slept great. The resort is small, so intimate, it crazy. The bar had great drinks and the available food was good. Close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay!

Outstanding property, this unit had everything we needed and then some! Beautiful view, great kitchen, esp loved the Nespresso machine, and plenty of room for our family of 4 to relax. Owners provided fantastic packet of TCI info and onsite mgmt was very easy to work with.

We stayed for almost a week and loved our time at Margarita's place. The view was spectacular and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. The unit was nicely laid out and worked perfectly for our family. We would definitely come back.

Our family of 4 (including 2 adult children) had a wonderful six days! The condo was very clean and well appointed and the location right on Grace Bay could not be beat. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Margarita's unit at Villa Renaissance was perfect! It was beautiful, clean with every amenity you could need. Beverly checked us in and was amazing during our stay. I highly recommend this place! We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Location

We loved the location and the accommodations of this property. It is within walking distance of everything we needed. The views are unbeatable. The concierge was very helpful with arranging transportation. We loved the pool area and being on the beach. Would highly recommend!
