Summer Vacation 2025

The property was great, we really enjoyed our time in Turks & Caicos. We loved staying in a property with an ocean view. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do and had only one excursion where we needed to take a taxi as we opted to not rent a car. The location was so great as we had so many restaurants to chose from within walking distance. We spent time at the beach almost every day and it was really nice to have lounge chairs and umbrellas already set up. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I had a couple of times where I sent communication to the property manager and had zero response in 24 hours, not even to acknowledge I had sent a message. Thankfully they had provided some phone numbers to call so I ended up calling and finally someone picked up at the third phone number and was able to help me. Everyone was really nice though. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Honeymoon

This was the second time we stayed at Villa Renaissance. The location is perfect. You are walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. The property is small and the people working there are always friendly and helpful. We spent most of our time on the beach which is beautiful and clean with pristine water! We will be back.

The views from the balcony are priceless! And you cannot beat the location.

What a fantastic experience for our first time to Turks & Caicos. The villa and the resort were excellent as was the beach, the pool, and the staff. As I mentioned before you cannot get a better view of paradise than from this balcony. The location of the resort also allows you to walk everywhere for shopping and eating. The food was great with many different places and styles of food to choose from. And having perfect weather just added to the overall experience. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to spend your week

First time staying at this condo and on this end of grace bay. The pictures and details given for this place are exactly as told. Beautiful view and has everything you could need or want. Everything is convenient and walkable to you. Stores restaurants and many other things. The staff is always helpful and super friendly we really couldn’t ask for anything more and this will definitely be our new go to place to stay when we come back!

Seventh Trip to Turks, First Stay Here!

Condo was perfect for our family of five (2 adults, 13, 4 and 2 year olds). Rented a crib and put it in the master and had the 13 and 4 year old in the second bedroom. Kids loved having the floats at the beach. Beautiful location/view and easy access to town. Thankful housekeeping came every two days- it gets sandy! Loved having a washer/dryer!

Another amazing week in paradise!

Just returned from our 7th trip to Turks, our 5th stay at the Villa Renaissance, and our 2nd consecutive stay in this particular condo property within the Villa. As you can tell, we love everything about this island, and our family loves staying at the Villa Renaissance. We are convinced that you just can't beat the location, the space you get in these beautiful condos, and the relaxed vibe at the Villa. Regarding the location, 3 things are key: on Grace Bay, of course; walking distance to the main grocery store as well as numerous restaurants (and 2 properties down from the Ritz) -- car is not a necessity but we always rent one -- many guests do not; and oceanfront views from the condo which are unbeatable. We love the space the condo affords; all sleep well when the parents can have a king sized bed, and the kids can sleep in their own bedroom and in their own beds. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking any meal you want, and the wifi works great. I could go on and on. It's the perfect place for a low-key family vacation, if your idea of a great vacation is chilling at the beach and pool, swimming in the most beautiful ocean in the world, reading under a beach umbrella, napping at times, and then repeating until it's time for cocktails. We can't wait to return next year!

Paradise

Wowza, this is a beautiful property along with the best beach to spend some time in total paradise. This was our 1st visit to Providenciales and we could not have found a more stunning property. The property exceeded all of our expectations except no hot tub as advertised. The whirlpool (looks like a hot tub) but not heated. The Villa has the most breathtaking views from the moment you walk in. We were 4 adults and we had more space than we needed to be comfortable for 9 days of fun in the sun. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The staff at this property was more than accommodating, helpful and always a smile. We had a rental car and ventured around the island several afternoons. A car is not needed tho as you have a great many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Our last 3 days the island went on a 5:00 curfew due to Covid. Our property went above and beyond to get a private chief each evening to cook a fabulous romantic meal for all the guests who chose to participate. It was a fun evening and great social time to meet other guests and owners. The beach has the softest white sand we have ever seen and walked on with the most incredible clear blue water. We have visited most Caribbean islands and have found a new favorite. We are already planning for our next visit to Providenciales next February. We have recommended this property to all our family and friends. Thank you Sara for sharing your astonishing property with us. We had an extraordinary trip with lots of new priceless memories!

"Perfection"

We just returned from our first visit to Turks & Caicos and it certainly will not be our last. We rented this suite through VRBO and we immediately received a cordial response from Bill and Michelle the owners of this magnificent condo. Bill was very helpful in responding to our many inquiries and was very kind in sending us information about Villa Renaissance and the surrounding area. This is a beautiful, well kept 32 unit Mediterranean style boutique hotel and gardens on Grace Bay that is simply lovely, quiet and perfect for relaxation. The resort is beautifully maintained inside and out. The inviting pool and beach areas have lovely comfortable lounges and umbrellas and beach towels which are supplied to you daily. There is a poolside bar (meals can be ordered through them from a local restaurant for your convenience), a tennis court, health spa, fitness center and even complimentary bikes for your use. Villa Renaissance is ideally located within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops, other resorts, golf and IGA grocery store. The staff (Mel, Correll, Daniel, Tre) is outstanding, accommodating and eager to ensure your stay is everything you hoped for. This suite is positively "Perfection"! Upon entering this immaculate oceanfront comfortable unit we were just amazed with the serene view from the expansive balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean, palm trees and white sandy beach. One can understand why Grace Bay is consistently voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This lovely two bedroom, two bath condo is beautifully decorated and welcomes you with every possible item you will need to enjoy your vacation including a shopping cart should you need to make a trip to the local grocery store. This unit was perfect for us and ideally located. The bedrooms were very spacious and well maintained. The open concept great room and kitchen were well appointed and supplied with everything you would possibly need. The washer and dryer was a convenience and daily cleaning service appreciated. We were also given a cellphone to use for local phone calls. Certainly a lovely home away from home! The Villa Renaissance is beautiful, convenient and exceptional in every way and we look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you Bill and Michelle for sharing your home with us. Perfect Private Personal

We felt like we had the villa and the island ALL TO OURSELVES! The condo was spectacular. We were happy to have a kitchen to make our own breakfasts, pre dinner appetizers, a few dinners and heat up leftovers for lunch. Helped with our food expenses, while we enjoyed our private patio overlooking the white sands, palm trees and beautiful changing ocean colors! We utilized free bikes ALL WEEK! We enjoyed early morning tennis, too! The Villa staff were just perfect! Polite, kind, friendly, helpful and totally not intrusive. There if you needed them, but stealth-fully quiet, maintaining a peace of the Villa that was addictive and appreciated. The way the Villa is run is just SMART! PERFECT! The CONVENIENCE of the Villa again, perfection! A few steps to the pool, and the beach. Chairs always available and managed with NO SAVING SPOTS! First come and utilize, SMART OPERATIONS! The Villa pool and beach service was SUPERB! Daily pina coladas made with love, served with a smile, knowing how much they were enjoyed! A bar menu to satisfy any time of the day! No restaurant lines, just stealth full PERFECT service. Centered in the HEART of Grace bay, we were walking distance to hoards of restaurants, bakeries, grocery store and town shopping. We never needed a ride! Hint: if you are early birds and make reservations for 6pm, you feel like you have the entire restaurant to yourselves, too! Grace’s Cottage was a luxurious treat, and favorite romantic night and ambiance! Inside our condo we had 3 set ups (dining table, patio couch, and living room chairs and tea table) ALL POINTED to the EXQUISITE OCEAN VIEW. We could just stare at the views day and night. Even though our weather was abnormally windy and moving clouds, it did not stop us from observing from the condo, or venturing on bikes up and down from Bights beach to Leeward Beach. Even the “Sargassum” unusual seaweed, did not stop us from walking the beach or swimming the beautiful warm healing waters. A dolphin actually swam right up to us in an early morning swim. He too, seemed to be greeting us with routine warmth!!! Was an amazing memorable experience! Felt for the Villa staff valiantly battling the seaweed removal daily. Temps never went below 79, it actually was refreshing and cool, which was great for us. Final conclusion after our 8 days of investigation of Grace Bay? We will be returning to Villa Renaissance Ocean View on our return to beautiful Turks and Caicos Island!

In a word, this place is idyllic. Far and away the most relaxing vacation I have had in my lifetime. I think I found my new place to recharge when everything in life seems to be too crazy. Property itself is immaculate. The penthouse has a gorgeous view of the ocean and a table to have meals should you want to use the full kitchen to cook. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the space is very quiet even though it is walking distance to the main shopping area.

4th time to Turks and LOVE the location!

We had an absolutely wonderful 7-day family stay at this VRBO in Turks and Caicos! As a family of four, including two teenage boys, the 2-bedroom layout with twin beds in the second bedroom was perfect for our needs, providing comfortable and practical sleeping arrangements.One of the highlights was undoubtedly the great balcony view, which offered a fantastic backdrop to our mornings and evenings. The kitchen was also a standout – very well-equipped and incredibly usable, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks throughout our stay.The service truly enhanced our vacation. The bartenders were exceptional, and we highly recommend trying their frozen rum punch or frozen mojitos – they were delicious! Beyond the bar, all of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience.Our only minor complaint was that the pool was a bit on the warm side. However, this was easily remedied as we spent most of our days enjoying the beautiful beach, and the pool served as a lovely spot to wind down with a drink from the bar at the end of the day.This was our fourth visit to Turks and Caicos, and we can confidently say you cannot beat this location. Everything we needed was walkable, which made exploring and enjoying the area incredibly convenient. We highly recommend this unit for families looking for a fantastic stay in Turks and Caicos!

Everything was wonderful about the condo and the amenities and location. My only slight disappointment is the palm trees in back of the building significantly decrease the ocean view. It would be great if they were trimmed back and maybe some were removed.
