Luxury 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo at The Grandview on Grace Bay Beach (sleeps 6 plus infant). This 1850sq ft condo, is located on the second floor of the upscale 18 unit Grandview development, which occupies one of the finest stretches of the world famous Grace Bay Beach. Being a corner unit at the quieter end of the development, it benefits from additional window light, and a large and more open covered terrace.

The development has a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room on site, and many great restaurants are within easy walking distance. About 5 minutes by car, there is the well stocked Graceway Gourmet supermarket, and plenty of boutique shops. A larger supermarket is located about 10 minutes away. A paddle board and two kayaks are available for your personal use. The condo comprises of the following amenities:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Fully equipped, new renovated open plan kitchen with large countertop areas and ocean views!
- Open plan dining area seating 6, with ocean views.
- Living room with sectional sofa, 55” LCD TV, Cable TV, Apple TV and Alexa.
- Outdoor Covered Terrace comprising dining table (seats 4), 2 lounge chairs, gas grill.
- Large master bedroom overlooking Grace Bay, as well as patio doors opening directly on to the oversized outdoor terrace.
- Second bedroom as either one king bed OR two twin beds.
- Two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards and children's beach toys in private garage (must be returned to garage after use). A selection of life jackets are provided.

Amazing stay, spectacular view and location!

We absolutely loved our time at The Grandview! Rachel was a highly communicative host and Adeline the property manager was so helpful! The location can't be beat--right on stunning Grace Bay beach, walkable to town, next door to a good restaurant. The condo itself was beautiful and roomy with a great balcony, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and unbeatable views. We especially loved watching the sunset from our beach. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

The GrandView T&C

Everything about this condo was wonderful. We had literally everything we needed for our stay. Adeline the property manager was super nice and responsive. She will even shop for you before you get there. I would highly recommend this. The property and grounds are perfect and private. A little slice of paradise.

The property is exactly as depicted in the photos. A beautiful view of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom. Unit was spotless,the property was clean and well kept. Just a few steps to the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas! The property manager Adeline was wonderful.

The property was clean, spacious, great view of the beach and the water, well maintained, good air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen for creating meals (pots, pans, lids, utensils, sharp knives, toaster, blender), comfortable beds, fast WIFI, etc. All the comfort of home on Providenciales!

Wonderful! We have been to Turks several times. Have stayed in resorts and rented a single family home. This is the way to go! Beautiful property. Stunning views. Fully stocked kitchen. At breakfast and lunch in the condo, ventured out for dinner. Very central location. Clear communication w property manager. The on site staff were attentive and took pride in their work. Comfortable beds/pillows. Laundry machines worked well. Would love to return!

Perfect in Paradise

The property manager was beyond responsive and attended to all of our needs. The villa was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The view is incredible. We have stayed many other places on the island and this unit equals or exceed any other vacation home.

Amazing Property

Steve and Rachel's condo was beautiful! The views were amazing and the condo was one of the cleanest VRBO's we have stayed in. The condo was very well stocked. Adeline was very helpful and recommend excellent restaurants and adventures on the island. This was our first visit Turks. We will definitely be back next year.

This was our third stay at this property which I think says it all. We love the condo which is beautifully and comfortably decorated and well equipped. It is located on the perfect part of Grace Bay beach from which you can take long walks in either direction. Honestly, it doesn't get better that this!

Relaxing Getaway!

My husband and I were blown away by the beauty of this condo! The pictures were spot on! The location was perfect to walk to places to eat and hang out...however, we never felt we needed to leave beach out front! Adeline was incredibly helpful and always quick to reply to any of our questions. We would HIGHLY recommend this condo!

Life is but a dream…

The Grandview was amazing! From the time we checked in until it was time to leave everything was wonderful. Rachel the host was very attentive and accommodating with questions prior and after booking and Adeline the property manager was very helpful and answered any questions that we had regarding our stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back and would recommend booking this condo for your next stay in grace bay.

Fabulous place to stay!

We had a fantastic week at the Grandview! I don't like the crowded resorts - so this was the perfect spot for our family. Spacious condo with everything you could. possibly need for the week including towels, kayaks, floats and a paddle board. My favorite thing was the beach set up and the proximity to our room. Just steps away from the most amazing beach imaginable! Communication with the owners/manager was fantastic. They did everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay and even left us an arrival happy! We loved our stay will definitely return!

Could not have been more pleased with this condo and can't wait to go back! Owner and property manager: they were always quick to respond with any questions we had Location: perfectly situated on Grace Bay beach with a hotel on each side of the property where you can go for food and drinks Condo: has everything you could need and more, very clean, spacious for my husband and I and two teen girls, incredible views of the ocean, always chairs open on beach and pool Tips: rent a car through Grace Bay Rentals and get 10% off since staying at Grandview, get groceries on way from airport at the IGA, explore the other beaches on the island, go into town for shopping, etc.; and charter a boat with Grace Bay Adventures, they'll pick you up right on the beach and take you to whatever you want to see (snorkel, see dolphins and sea turtles, dive for conch, jump off the abandoned ship, etc.)

The whole stay at the Grandview was smooth and amazing! The owner and manager were both very helpful and made us feel at home. The home was very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the quick stroll to the beach and the pool. My son even saw a stingray while swimming and shell hunting! It was very quiet and the attendant at the beach was very kind. There were always chairs and umbrellas ready for us! The house was very clean and it was helpful to have some main household products already there (dishwasher tabs,etc) so that we didn't have to buy whole containers for a few washes for the week. As a mom who has had to pack for a beach rental before, this was a huge help! The property was also very safe feeling with the extra security gate. We would say this stay location was highly recommended!! Thank you to the owner and manager for the great week!

Amazing !

The place had everything and the location was unbelievable. Right on Grace Bay and just steps to the beach. It has to be the shortest path to the beach on the island. This complex also puts the chairs close to the water unlike most of the other hotels/resorts we saw on Grace Bay. The property manager and host were very accommodating and responsive. This unit also provided a chilled water station and even refilled it during the stay. This was icing on the cake for a unit that already had everything you needed. This complex/condo is also close to many restaurants and beach bars. The excursion pickups are also right on the beach in front of the condo. I can’t say enough great things about this unit. Don’t miss it !

Best VRBO Ever!

I have never written a review before as I am super busy with work and running the kids around once we get back from a vacation. But this condo WAS AWESOME and I wanted to make sure I shared it as reviews are a big determining factor of what we book. Everything about this condo exceeded my expectations. Communication with the owner was very timely (Rachel); communication with the property manager (Adeline) was excellent as well. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. There was more than enough supplies: TP, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent, beach towels, etc. The condo was super clean, comfortable beds, more than enough room for all of us. We used the complex hot tub every day. Super clean complex, pool area, gym, etc. My only suggestion to enhance the beach view from the condo patio would be bar height table and chairs. And that is just an enhancement! You won't be disappointed renting this condo!

Dream vacation, Dream condo!

My friend and I had an incredible time on our first trip to T&C, and this condo is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The grounds of the Grandview and the condo are absolutely pristine, and the ocean view from our place was stunning. I felt 100% safe on this property, and the surrounding hotels are very nice and upscale. The property manager Adeline and the the condo owner Rachel were quick and professional with all communications. We were able to set up in condo massages and a clear kayak tour through the property manager, and both experiences were amazing. The bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, kitchen were just perfect. The Grandview was quiet and relaxing (no crazy parties around us) which is exactly what we wanted. Rachel and Adeline make the stay so easy: everything is labeled so clearly that we were able to use all appliances with ease. The appliances are all upgraded and didnt need to pack many clothes (even though we both overpacked) because we could do laundry. Rachel has thought of everything that you might want- we really appreciated the filtered water dispenser that Adeline filled up again when we contacted her, and we used the pool floats when we visited our favorite Taylor Bay- the calmest, shallow water to lazily float around in! We ate several meals at Pelican Bay Restaurant less that 2 min walk next door, and we loved The Grill at Grace Bay Club for lunch (I’m trying to replicate the Rainbow Bowl at home and it’s just not the same!)

Great stay at Provo

While the views at Grace Bay speak for themselves this location right on the beach is fabulous. Everything was exceptional. The checking procedures and communications with the manager were extremely clear and easy to follow and the unit itself was just perfect. Very clean and spacious this unit was just what we needed for some down time at the beach. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away to T&C.

I lived on Providenciales full time for over 18 years. I loved being at the Grandview with fantastic views, easy beach access, well maintained grounds and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. I am now based in the UK so the unit is available for rental. I have an in-depth knowledge of Turks and Caicos and are happy to answer any questions and provide tips to maximise your vacation enjoyment. Due to time zone differences (EST+5hours) there may be a slight delay in our responses, but I will always respond as soon as possible.

Why they chose this property

The Turks and Caicos is an amazing place to visit, with award winning beaches and world class diving and water sports. I have visited many other Caribbean islands and beach destinations around the world but nothing beats Grace Bay! The Grandview is located on a wide stretch of beach with expansive views across Grace Bay. Being situated on the corner, our unit has extra light and more open views. The upscale Grace Bay Club is located right next door, and has a bar and restaurant, but there are many other restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Pelican Bay Restaurant and Bar is a one minute walk and has a fun happy hour each evening. There is easy access to excursions, and many operators will pick up guests directly from The Grandview or the beach.

We offer concierge services to assist with groceries, restaurant and tour booking and ensure that you experience the best that Turks and Caicos has to offer. As the unit was my full time home for many years, the kitchen is fully equipped, all kitchen appliances have been upgraded in the last few years.
