Luxury 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo at The Grandview on Grace Bay Beach (sleeps 6 plus infant). This 1850sq ft condo, is located on the second floor of the upscale 18 unit Grandview development, which occupies one of the finest stretches of the world famous Grace Bay Beach. Being a corner unit at the quieter end of the development, it benefits from additional window light, and a large and more open covered terrace.

The development has a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room on site, and many great restaurants are within easy walking distance. About 5 minutes by car, there is the well stocked Graceway Gourmet supermarket, and plenty of boutique shops. A larger supermarket is located about 10 minutes away. A paddle board and two kayaks are available for your personal use. The condo comprises of the following amenities:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Fully equipped, new renovated open plan kitchen with large countertop areas and ocean views!
- Open plan dining area seating 6, with ocean views.
- Living room with sectional sofa, 55” LCD TV, Cable TV, Apple TV and Alexa.
- Outdoor Covered Terrace comprising dining table (seats 4), 2 lounge chairs, gas grill.
- Large master bedroom overlooking Grace Bay, as well as patio doors opening directly on to the oversized outdoor terrace.
- Second bedroom as either one king bed OR two twin beds.
- Two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards and children's beach toys in private garage (must be returned to garage after use). A selection of life jackets are provided.

This place is actually even better than the photos. Not only is the location perfect for being able to walk to all of our favorite spots but the condo itself is impeccable. Very spacious, clean, lovely decor, thoughtfully laid out, practical and most importantly, right on the beach with a spectacular view. Rachel and Regina made everything seamless and easy. This condo has everything you could need and the deck is dreamy with an incredible view of the sunset. There are plenty of chaises and umbrellas, they were never more than half full while we were there. This place is amazing and I can’t wait to go back!

My wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay. -Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived.-The kitchen is modern and functional for all your cooking needs.-The view is spectacular.-The beds were comfortable and cozy.-The location is perfect because you are removed from the busiest area of Grace Bay, but everything is still a close walk or drive. -The beach always had recliners/chairs available.-I loved having a gym in the building.-It was nice to have a local contact/concierge who checked in on you (via phone) to ensure all was well.I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved this place! Everything about our stay was amazing. Rachel is an incredible host and surprised us with a bottle of champagne—such a thoughtful touch! 🥂 The condo felt very safe, it was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We had no problem getting a beach sun lounger every day, and they were incredibly comfortable.The view is unreal—watching the sunset from the patio was a highlight. The location is perfect, walkable to great restaurants like my favorite, Coco Bistro. We also rented a car to explore the island and loved snorkeling at Smith’s Reef, where we saw sea turtles and even an octopus! Can’t recommend this place enough!! Can’t wait to come back!

I lived on Providenciales full time for over 18 years. I loved being at the Grandview with fantastic views, easy beach access, well maintained grounds and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. I am now based in the UK so the unit is available for rental. I have an in-depth knowledge of Turks and Caicos and are happy to answer any questions and provide tips to maximise your vacation enjoyment. Due to time zone differences (EST+5hours) there may be a slight delay in our responses, but I will always respond as soon as possible.

Why they chose this property

The Turks and Caicos is an amazing place to visit, with award winning beaches and world class diving and water sports. I have visited many other Caribbean islands and beach destinations around the world but nothing beats Grace Bay! The Grandview is located on a wide stretch of beach with expansive views across Grace Bay. Being situated on the corner, our unit has extra light and more open views. The upscale Grace Bay Club is located right next door, and has a bar and restaurant, but there are many other restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Pelican Bay Restaurant and Bar is a one minute walk and has a fun happy hour each evening. There is easy access to excursions, and many operators will pick up guests directly from The Grandview or the beach.

We offer concierge services to assist with groceries, restaurant and tour booking and ensure that you experience the best that Turks and Caicos has to offer. As the unit was my full time home for many years, the kitchen is fully equipped, all kitchen appliances have been upgraded in the last few years.
