This beautifully updated 2nd floor condo has an ocean view of “Grace Bay beach” and ocean. It’s located on the island's best snorkel reef which is ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts and it’s ideal for swimming as the shore has soft, white powder sand.
There is 1324 sq feet of living space, and there are two separate bedrooms featuring a king bed in each room and private en-suites in each bedroom. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need.
Grace Bay beach has repeatedly been voted the number one beach in the world!

This condo has a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining, living room, powder room, as well as pullout queen sofa with a memory gel mattress in the living room. This unit is great for 4 adults and 2 children (under 12 yrs old). There is complimentary onsite laundry, as well as parking and wifi services for your convenience.

You can walk for miles on the beach in either direction and we are within walking distance of the fish fry (Thursday nights), Jojo’s Restaurant, and we have an onsite Beachfront restaurant and bar- 'SomeWhere' Cafe, which offers full meals and all-day dining.

The condo and beach were absolutely amazing. The construction next door started early 7 days per week. It was tolerable as we wanted to get back on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This property is best described as “deceiving.” The photo of the view from the balcony is deceiving. It is not from this unit. The actual view is of the new building next door. The building next door is under construction and the construction crews start each morning before 7:00 am (sometimes before 6:00 am). The construction elevator is located about 50 feet from this unit’s bedroom windows. It is loud. And the construction crews are not quiet. Lumber crashes, workers yell at one another to communicate with each other, the tools are loud. This is something the owner knows and deceives the visitors. The guest book makes similar comments throughout, dating back to 2024. This should be disclosed prior to booking. It was not for us. The 10% construction discount is not worth it. The construction noise makes the balcony unusable. This property is the 45 year old divorcee who posts their high school photo on a dating website. It is deceiving. And it is intentional. Very disappointing when you want to go to the islands for peace and quiet and rest. The furniture is not comfortable. It is old and worn. The photos make it look much better than it is. It is deceiving. The onsite staff is pleasant.

In addition, we proactively refunded one night of your stay to compensate for the inconvenience. We also offered you the option of a full refund should you have preferred to leave early (which we extended to you beyond our cancellation policy), as your comfort is important to us. As you chose to continue your stay, we remained available and responsive throughout to support your experience. Regarding the view, we make every effort to present our property accurately. Our listing includes current photos taken from the balcony, clearly showing the ocean view as well as the neighboring Andaz property. In addition, the inside photos are current so guests can see what each room looks like. We strive to ensure guests have a clear and up-to-date understanding of what to expect prior to arrival. We believe these steps reflect our commitment to going above and beyond to address concerns in real time. That said, we regret that your overall impression was not more positive and appreciate you sharing your perspective. We will continue to do everything we can to ensure future guests enjoy it!

Great snorkeling!

We really liked the condo being right on the beach and pool was a nice change for our 16 month old! Tyler was very helpful in arranging a 1/2 day snorkel trip that was awesome as well as a grocery shop before we arrived. Construction noise not an issue at all. We did not rent a car but taxis were expensive.

Great location for snorkeling and beach fun

We were very happy with having some of the best snorkeling on the island in front of the property. Everyone was very friendly and check in/out was a breeze. Really liked that we had a full kitchen and the bedrooms are on another level with plenty of privacy. 3 bathrooms were an added bonus, highly recommend.

This condo has the perfect layout with basically two primary suites. Perfect for families or two couples. Great location right in front of where everyone snorkels. Beach is beautiful and Jerome is amazing at setting up chairs for everyone. We will be coming back to this exact condo!

The condo was clean, spacious, beds comfortable, had everything we needed. The view and property was beautiful. Only small complaint is that the AC in the master bedroom could have been a little cooler. Would definitely come again!

Amazing Views

The views were amazing. Loved the sliding doors that opened all the way. Everyone was very kind. We felt like it was the perfect location with the reef right in front of you and a resturant right on the property. It was also within walking distance by beach to many other restaurants.
