Penthouse 301 is a spacious, upscale 2 bedroom condominium located in the Plaza Building located at the front entrance area of Ocean Club West Resort, which has been ranked as one of the Top 25 Caribbean Resorts by Travel & Leisure magazine, and has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence for 2020 by Trip Advisor. Our condominium places you within a 3 - 4 minute walk of the CondeNaste and Trip Advisor #1 ranked beach in the world - Grace Bay Beach.

While staying at the Plaza Building PH #301 you will have access to the free form pool, beach & pool chairs, tennis courts, the fitness center and restaurants located at Ocean Club West Resort.

PH 301 has recently installed a new flat screen TV with cable hook-up (112 channels), as well as free wifi (within the suite).

Condo was spacious and had everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Location was convenient to many restaurants and shops so you don't really need a car unless you want to drive around the island to see the sights. Host and property manager were very helpful and communicative throughout booking and our stay. Property was close-ish to the beach, but be prepared for a 7-10 minute walk to and through the resort. The condo is located on Grace Bay road, but there was no traffic noise. The restaurant at the resort had great food, service and reasonable prices. The wifi sometimes didn't reach the master bedroom, which was a minor inconvenience. Personal preference, but the beds were very firm for us. Overall, a spectacular stay with a great host!

Great location. Easy walk to beach, pool and restaurants. The property manager, Earlene, was very accommodating and helpful. We asked for a portable grocery cart to haul groceries since we were staying for two weeks, and she provided one for us. The condo was clean.

The host was so extremely helpful! She answered all my questions and helped troubleshoot my VRBO issue. The condo is just as pictured. Great location - just minutes from the beach. The resort has a great pool and beach chairs to use every day. There is a restaurant and bar onsite to get food and snacks from. The condo had some extra amenities like a cooler, floaties, pickle balls, etc. we all LOVED it!

I agree with the other reviews. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. The condo is in an excellent location with easy access to area shops, restaurants and the grocery store. The host and property manager were excellent! Access to Ocean Club West amenities is such a nice benefit. We used the pool, beach and gym. I would not hesitate to stay here again!It is worth mentioning that OCW recently added a security fence between OCW and the OCW Plaza which is locked and not currently usable by renters (it says for owners only and our wristband did not work). This requires you to walk around the parking lot and through the main OCW vehicle entrance which has incomplete sidewalks. This requires extra attention especially with children. This adds a little bit of time to get to/from the condo to the pool/beach. This is NOT a deal breaker by any means but the fence does take away what was previously a straight shot to the rest of OCW. This is likely out of the host's control and at the end of the day had minimal negative impact on our stay. I mention it simply to make other renters aware.If you're considering this place, my family says book it!
