Our stay was lovely. The condo is very comfortable and faces the 10th tee of the La Quinta Mountain course. The rooms and bedrooms are great and perfectly accommodated my family- ourselves, our daughter, SIL and 3 children. The location is great with pool, hot tub, tennis courts nearby. The condo kitchen is well equipped with all that is needed. We had a great time and hope to stay again.

Great home on the 10th fairway

Close to clubhouse and pools, this home is a wonderful place to stay. This is our third year staying here and we will be back.

Perfect Spot for a Break from Midwest Winter!

This home is in a fantastic location with easy access to the La Quinta resort as well as Old Town La Quinta. Great views of the golf course and mountains from the back patio. The fire table in the courtyard provides a cozy place to relax in the evening. The house is very comfortable with plenty of amenities. Hosts were super easy to work with and the property manager was very responsive. Hated to leave to go back home!

Month in Santa Rosa Cove

My husband and I spent a month at the home with family coming for a week of the stay. The home is gorgeous with views of the mountains and 10th hole of the PGA West mountain course. The courtyard with the fire-pit table, comfortable patio furniture and large umbrella was a favorite spot to hang out any time of the day. The separate casita was perfect when the family came to visit. Barbara has done a beautiful job decorating the spacious home and we found the set up in the living room to be more comfortable than our own home. Teddy the property manager was on top of everything, when we had questions or needs. Being able to walk to the clubhouse for golf, and Rancho LaQuinta for drinks, dinner or shopping was a bonus. The location was a mile from downtown LaQuinta and convenient to Trader Joes and Costco. Thank you for hosting us for a month. We will be back.

Fantastic Condo - Perfect Location

We had a fantastic 2 week getaway. This condo is in the perfect location - great view of the 10th fairway and surrounding mountains. Quick walk to the LaQuinta Resort and for the golfers, about 2 minutes to the Mountain/Dunes Clubhouse. Very spacious and well appointed living area. We will definitely come back.

We love the Santa Rosa Cove

This is a great resort feeling development. This house was perfect for our needs and the owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with. We hope to be back!!
