Great location for the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show or Tortuga
This is a large studio or guest room. My 1BR ad is 1755293

Marriott resort directly on one of Fort Lauderdale's most popular beaches. Convenient to attractions and the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show.to restaurants and attractions. King size bed, kitchenette (no cook top) Private balcony. Washer / dryer available in the building and par for $40 next door. Convenient amenities in the villa include a flat screen tv's, DVD player, free wifi. Everything is built to a high standard and updated / refurbished on a regular schedule. The room location is assigned at checkin and is either Atlantic or Intracoastal view.

The resort has lots of family activities and is just 3 blocks from Los Olas Blvd. and convenient to the Bahia Mar Yachting Center Marina. This is one of the best locations for the Pink and Orange zones with really big yachts North of Los Olas

Ten minute walk to the boat show or Tortuga

The room location is assigned at check-in and may be intracoastal or Atlantic.

Great location and an amazing view!

This is a Marriott Vacation property so you have timeshare “owners” staying there-what this means is that it’s not a typical SoFlo crazy hotel. It has a small kitchenette and a patio with a nice table to watch the sunrises. Owner communicates very well and I will definitely stay again without any hesitation. Go to the pool deck for towels and beach “sand-chairs” (no cost). Parking is great and not that expensive.

The place was better then I thought! Very spacious and what a view! David was very very helpful and I highly recommend booking this hotel or any with him. He even remembered I was trying to add an extra night and was able to get it for me. Sent all the information and really very very informative. I will use him again. The hotel has more of a condo feel to it then a hotel which we loved. Not much food selection at the hotel but plenty of food nearby and walking distance. Thanks for everything David! We will be back!!

Ocean facing junior suite in popular Marriot property

We had a lovely stay at this property. After booking through VRBO you'll be dealing directly with Marriot staff which worked out well for us. Hint: head directly to the parking garage off Cortez street. There are signs for Marriot at the entrance of the garage. Initially you'll grab a ticket to gain entrance into the garage, but after that your room key will get you in and out with a swip. Drive up to the 4th or 5th level. There are plenty of signs along the way. The property itself was pristine. Beautifully kept pool and decent gym for a hotel. Beach front chairs are exclusive to Marriot residents; an attendant on the beach will approach you to confirm. The suite was the perfect size for the week we were there. Plenty of hot water with good pressure. The AC has a motion sensor to conserve energy, so just make a point of checking it each time you get back to the room to see if it turned itself off. This was never a problem for us. It did a great job of keeping the air in the room dry. Would rent again!

Marriott's BeachPlace Towers is a great beach vacation resort. One of Fort Lauderdale's main beaches is directly across the street. The resort provides beach towels and beach chairs. Walk to many restaurants and bars. This is a great home base for events in the South side of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Walk to The Boat Show or Tortuga.

All rooms face water. Either the Atlantic ocean or the intracoastal. The first floor with rooms is high above five floors of parking and administration. The actual room location is assigned when you check in.

What makes this property unique

One of the closest resorts to the Boat Show and Tortuga. One of the main beaches is directly across the street. Close to restaurants and bars.
