Amazing Penthouse Apartment, in an ideal location, overlooking the picturesque Moraira Marina and enjoying Spectacular Sea Views, Calpe Rock, and Mountains. As this beautiful apartment is South facing it has the pleasure of enjoying all day sun during the winter and summer months. Recently renovated in the last year to a very high standard, with marble floor tiles throughout, two new modern bathrooms and a new open plan modern kitchen with all new appliances including a new fridge and a new oven. Just bought in December 2022 are new furnishings in the lounge, sofas and coffee tables . Also new are the Swedish high quality beds in the two double bedrooms. Sleeps 4 persons. An elevator takes you directly to the entrance door of the apartment. When entering the apartment there is an entrance hall, then through into the dining room / lounge where you will be stunned by the amazing sea views you see immediately from all the windows and the full size glass balcony doors.. This beautiful apartment has two double bedrooms, two new modern bathrooms, one full bathroom with large shower, the other with toilet and wash hand basin. A large living room and dining room with a good sized private sun terrace / balcony enjoying amazing Sea and Marina Views, Calpe Rock, and the surrounding mountains . The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the lounge / dining room. Installed is free high speed Fibre Internet, and an internet TV system providing a large selection of T.V channels in many languages. From this beautiful apartment you are in a perfect location for walking to the two blue flag beaches, one being the pretty El Portet Bay, the other Moraira large town centre beach. Within 2 minutes you can walk to the many shops, restaurants and bars. A private parking space in the underground garage for a small car is also available.

Costa Blanca magnificent

All the comforts for a relaxing time exploring this area with beaches, vistas and food. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. Paula knows all about the area and is very helpful and accommodating. Our favorite restaurant Enzo is only a 3 minute walk. Could not imagine a finer place for us while on the Costa Blanca.

The perfect location

The apartment was clean & had all that we needed for our stay. It’s best feature was definitely its location & the stunning sea views. The perfect spot to get out and about around Moraira with everything we wanted to see/do within easy walking distance. Paula was very helpful, made the check in/out process very easy & offered her recommendations on places to eat/drink. All in all, despite a bit of unsettled weather on a couple of days we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Best apartment we've ever had in Moraira. It has exceeded our expectations. Paula the administrator is professional and just a lovely person.The view is phenomenal, and the location is perfect.The equipment is sufficient and nicely furnished.Absolutely no faults to report. Unfortunately, we could not use the garage, as the exit was too narrow for our car. With a smaller car, it would not be a problem.

Perfect location in a modern apartment

We spent three relaxed weeks in Moraira. The apartment is spacious and includes everything you need. The balcony is especially great when you get weather which is not ideal for the beach (which one should expect in April). You can still spend time “outside” and enjoy the phantastic view. The location in the center of the village is perfect to go out in the evenings without using the car.

What a views.

On the 4th floor, Very light, clean apppartment. Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, seperate toilet, in te center of Moraira. All restaurants and bars in 5 minutes walk. You can see Calpe, the Castle and a big part of Moiraira from the balcony. The foto’s on internet are correct.

we had most enjoyable stay for our first visit to moraira. the apartment was exactly as described clean, modern, spacious and very well maintained. views from balcony stunning, joy to get up to breakfast and relaxing at night overlooking marina. apartment is easy walking to marina, beaches, shops and restaurants. Paula welcomed us on arrival and was very informative and helpful about the area and places of interest would recommend and book again if returning to moraira, which is very likely as whole experience was first class. Beautiful apartment and superb location.

Nice apartment, great views from the Naya, Paula was very helpful with my questions, don't hire a big car if the underground parking is to be used its a bit tight, also the description states two bathrooms but really it's one bathroom and one cloakroom, the TV has some English language channels but not British TV like BBC etc . Gorgeous penthouse apartment

Our stay has been amazing, as soon as I walked into the apartment and saw the views I was completely overwhelmed, it is furnished to a high contemporary standard and extremely clean, I am a very fussy person when it comes to choosing holiday rentals but this was just outstanding with a perfect location and I would highly recommend and most definitely stay here again. Our host Paula Hilton is fabulous to communicate with and met us at the property, such a lovely lady. My husband did get a little stressed parking our hire car in the underground carpark, it is rather tight but I think most of the car parks are like this and it would not prevent us staying here again at this stunning beautiful apartment.

Beautiful apartment with a great view and location

This apartment is perfect. The photos do not do justice to the spectacular view, with the marina on one side of the building and the mountains on the other. The location is quiet but also very convenient. There is a cut-through just down the road which takes you right into the centre of town, near to the church. The apartment is clean and spacious with all facilities, including the main UK TV channels as well and many other international ones. Paula is a wonderful host, with clear communication beforehand and a great welcome on arrival. She was always helpful with any queries throughout our stay and really did help to make the whole holiday run smoothly. We will be back!

Beautiful apartment in such a stunning place! We loved every minute here and did not want to leave! The apartment was so clean and spacious. The beds and the furniture were so comfortable everything about the apartment was gorgeous. The location was superb and the views from the apartment stunning. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one because everywhere in Moraira is walkable and on your doorstep. We used the local taxi service for going further afield around the coast which was extremely reasonable. Paula was always on hand if we needed anything and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is so approachable and a mine of information! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for what we needed

We were looking for somewhere In the middle of Moraira near a beach for my wife, somewhere to snorkel for me and not too far from the shops so elderly dad could walk there and this was perfect. The apartment was modern and well furnished and had good facilities including a big tv with uk channels available, so great for the Olympics. Aircon was great when needed and there were excellent ceiling fans in bedrooms and comfy beds. Paula, the lady who met us couldn’t have been more helpful. One thing I would recommend is that if you are hiring a car, get a small one. We were upgraded to a Citroen C3 and it was a bit nerve wracking at first getting in and out of the car park, but you get used to it. I saw a BMW estate in there so it can be done with bigger. Apart from that, nothing but praise!

Moraira is now one of the most exclusive and pleasant places to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca. Moraira offers an excellent variety of sports activities, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf, and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely.
Alternatively for a great day out visit, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Mundomar, Font D'Algar or even Valencia for its shopping and culture.
