Well equipped (washing machine, kitchen stove, microwave, kettle, fridge). The heating system also includes floor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. Two separate rooms, each can be locked by the key. Comfortable beds, waterproof mattress and pillows protectors, quality bedding.

Apartment located in the city center . 5 minutes walk of the Opera House. In the austrians building. With good insulation. Very functional and well equipped. After complete renovation, with a new bathroom, new heating system. New appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, etc.). High quality beds and bedding. Two lockable rooms with different entrances. Cozy and clean. Large windows, lots of light in the apartment.
