Beautiful updated custom-built marsh view home on quiet cul de sac in upscale Crooked Creek neighborhood. A wonderful park with basketball & volleyball courts & playground is just down the street. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Private upstairs Master Suite has a HUGE bathroom. This bathroom has a large custom tiled shower and jetted tub. This master bedroom also has a private balcony for sunning or watching the native wildlife.
Fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, pots & pans, stainless steel appliances, etc. Family room has a wet bar, ice maker and soaring vaulted ceilings. Marsh view screened porch with ceiling fans, adjacent to the family room for enjoying tide changes and colorful sunsets.
Second master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath and private porch overlooking the marsh. Guest bedroom has twin over full bunk bed with attached private bathroom.
Flat screen televisions in living room and all bedrooms. High speed wireless internet also available.
Screened porch, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom have a beautiful view of the marsh. Families of deer can usually be seen in the backyard. Beach access is a short ride away (approximately 0.7 mile).
Families are welcome. However, the primary renter must be over 25 years of age. No college groups or parties.
In order to enjoy the multiple pool complexes, golf courses, and restaurants, amenity cards are required for all guests over the age of 12. Amenity cards may be purchased for $50 each. *NEW FOR 2023: Fripp Island Resort has started charging guests a resort fee of 12.8% (of the rent amount) for access to the amenity cards. You only have to pay for guest cards and the resort fee if you plan to use the resort's amenities. You will be billed separately for the resort fee and amenity cards.
Golf carts are the transportation of choice on the island. Although we don't provide a golf cart, there are several cart rental companies that service the island. Rental info will be provided with your check-in instructions.

I enjoyed spending summers on Fripp Island when I was a child. As an adult, my family sold our home on Fripp and purchased a home on Folly Beach. Although we loved Folly Beach at the time, I longed to get back to Fripp Island. The nightlife and crowded beaches of Folly were fun for several years. However, when my family expanded and we had a grandchild, my longing for the slow pace of Fripp Island grew stronger. After 15 years, we are finally back!
Why they chose this property
Location, Location, Location! Our home is located on a quiet side street. However, we are close to the golf course, cabana club (pool), children's playground/park with volleyball court, swings and beautiful sunset views. We have deer that visit our backyard every morning and evening. The master suite is very private. It is located upstairs away from the other rooms in the house. It has a magnificent view of the marsh with its own private balcony.
The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and take in all the nature that the island has to offer.

What makes this property unique
Families with children will find many activities for kids. My husband and I love to fish, so we enjoy the Wardle's Landing pier as well as surf fishing. We feel like Fripp Island is unlike any other vacation spot and has something wonderful to offer to everyone, no matter what age!
