A picturesque family home located between the river and the Nivernais canal, comfortably accommodates a large family.

It is a charming 3-storey country house built at the foot of the river.

The presence of water, visible from many windows of the house, is very relaxing and gives the impression of being on a small island.

- On the ground floor: living room, kitchen
 - 1st: 2 bedrooms, bathroom and wc
 - attic: tv corner and bedroom

It has an enclosed garden (about 75m2) and a small plot by the river (secure access for children).

The 50's style decoration corresponds to the construction period of the house.

Children are welcome, games and equipment available (cot, bath, play mat, children's games, ...)


The house is in a small village very quiet.

In the immediate vicinity (100m) is the channel of the Nivernais very side for its landscapes by the amateurs of fluvial tourism.

The towpath has been converted into a bike path and allows walks in nature and safety (we lend bikes and carioles for children)

The house is at the gateway to the Morvan National Park, known for its lakes and forests. Hiking, water sports, pic nics and idleness on the banks ... The vineyards and the wild landscapes of the banks of the Loire are not far!
