Beautiful apartment with balcony and panoramic views of the mountains

The housing offered for rent is on the 3rd floor, it is number 4, there is a lift
It is located rue Maillol in the center of the resort. access to the gondolas (ski) is done by borrowing an elevator at 50 m from the building, all shops are in the immediate vicinity
it is facing south offering a panoramic and unobstructed view of the Pyrenees.
It consists :
 -an entrance with a storeroom including: washing machine, laundry, coats doors and storage for skis.
- A dining room with a sofa bed, a table and 6 chairs, plenty of storage, a TV, very complete dishware mountain decor. Window and French window opening onto the balcony
- a kitchen with plenty of storage space, 3 induction hobs, microwave and oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Cookware. Window and French window opening onto the balcony
- a bedroom with a double bed and storage, window and door window overlooking the balcony
-a cabin with a triposed bed and a large wardrobe. The bed allows a double bed on the 1st level, a single bed in the 2nd and another single bed on the 3rd level. There is a possibility to sleep up to 4 people in the cabin. The cabin communicates with the room through a door and with the living room by another door, it is equipped with a window in height which brings light.
- a shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel warmer, storage and mirrors
- a cabinet wc in which is also the cumulus hot water
-a small corridor between the living room and the cabin serving the shower room
-a balcony 8 m long and 1 m wide about facing south with a table and a chair.
Other details
windows and door windows are equipped with electric shutters. You will have to watch very carefully that nothing is bothering their operation (objects on the balcony or on the window sill)
Heating is electric with a convector in each room
the cumulus hot water contains the equivalent of 3 showers, if you are many must therefore spread the showers in time (needs about 45 minutes to redo a shower)
the small corridor between the cabin and the living room is elevated (about 20cm) so there is a walk side cabin and a coast stay. There is also a step at each door window.
Other equipment: robot and manual vacuum cleaners; fondue, raclette, blender, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine.
