58 Beach Club Villa – Ocean Views, Steps to the Beach & Pool | Wild Dunes

Enjoy beautiful ocean views and a top location in Wild Dunes from this inviting 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse-style villa. With only the pool and sand dunes between you and the beach, you are just steps from the ocean in a quieter, more relaxed setting.

Take in beach views from the living area, screened porch, and private primary bedroom balcony. Enjoy morning coffee or relax after a day in the sun in this hard-to-beat setting.

Our villa is comfortable and thoughtfully stocked, with many repeat guests who return year after year. You will notice both white and blue sofas; these are rotating slipcovers.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed with balcony access and private bath.
Second upstairs bedroom: Queen bed and private bath.
Main level bedroom: Set of twin beds.
3 full bathrooms
Sleeps up to 6 adults

Den slipcovers may be white or blue, depending on the owner’s cleaning schedule.

All linens are provided except beach towels.

The HOA pool located directly in front of the villa is available during the warmer months (April 1 – November 1, weather permitting). Please note:

Pool is not heated
No lifeguard on duty

This is a townhouse-style villa with approximately 13 steps to the main living level. There are no elevators.

The villa features wood, tile, and stone flooring throughout — no wall-to-wall carpet.

Wild Dunes Amenities: Wild Dunes offers excellent golf, dining, and recreation. Public golf is available with recommended tee times, and tennis can be booked through Wild Dunes.

Please note that access to the Fitness Center and Swim Center (heated Olympic-sized pool) is available only through bookings made with Destination Wild Dunes. Our property does not include hot tub access, and the only pool available with this rental is the HOA pool directly in front of the villa.

This is a paradise. Quiet. Bathed in sounds of palm fronds, beautiful bird song at dawn. Views of cactus and dune and white caps on the ocean from the peaceful screened porch. The master bedroom will have your jaw drop. Walk out porch , full ocean view and lounge chairs to watch it. You can clearly hear the ocean when you sleep. Beautiful, lovely smelling, clean, private - salt water immaculate clear pool! We can’t say enough! The host was on top of every detail, I feel we were at family’s house we were so welcomed. Communication, expectation was off the charts!! We have memories for a lifetime

This was a lovely property. Master bedroom mattress was most comfortable of any place Ive stayed. The living room was light and airy, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and even spices and condiments. Every evening as we walked over the dunes boarwalk to the beach, we loved seeing four deer grazing. Would definitely recommend!!

Long weekend getaway

Came for a long Easter weekend with husband and 3 young adults. The property and location was perfect for us! Loved the ocean view and the screened in porch. Easy walk to the incredible beach- so much space and fabulous shell hunting!!! Would definitely recommend and book here again! We are South Carolinians with ties to colleges and relatives in Charleston. We began vacationing in Wild Dunes when the resort was in its early stages and later purchased in the beachfront townhomes we had always admired.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be on the beach where the density was at a minimum, which is very difficult to find. We felt the Beach Club Villas were clearly the best, with extra space, and proximity to everything within the resort is ideal. There are nice restaurants nearby, and we also liked the idea of having Historic Charleston so close. The shopping and restaurants are wonderful, and it takes 30- 45 minutes to get downtown Charleston, based on the traffic. Out of state guests can easily fly to the local airport, and be at the condo in approx 30 -45 min, again dependent upon traffic.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the beach, listing to the surf, and just taking it easy. Our daughter enjoys tennis and our relatives with children love the versatility of the pool and proximity to the ocean. Although we don't golf, many of our relatives and guests do, and have told us that this is one of the most scenic golf courses they have played.
