Guests enter Shell-Moe by taking the building's elevator (or the staircase) to the 2nd floor and walking across the exterior corridor to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway, which leads to the bunk suite, the king suite, the kitchen, dining area and living room. The primary suite is accessible through the dining area and kitchen. You'll enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining & living room areas as well as the primary suite. The king suite has a private balcony overlooking the Shipwatch gardens and community pool. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer near the kitchen.
COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT MANAGE OR CONTROL THE POOL.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.
