This newly renovated three bedroom villa is located within the beautiful gated community of Wild Dunes. Everyone grab an apron! Relax in the cozy living area after swimming your day away and enjoy a movie with the whole family. The first bedroom features two full beds and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is located just off of the living room and features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom and ensuite bath features breathtaking ocean views. The Summer House community offers great amenities, including a seasonal community pool, direct community beach access, and elevators. **The Regime of Summer House Villas has informed us there will be repairs occurring to the exterior of the adjacent building through April 2024. No work will be done on this unit/building, but the adjacent noise could be disruptive at times**

Please also note the city's noise ordinance for the times of day construction work is permitted:
"The City's Noise Ordinance limits the operation of piledrivers, steam shovels, pneumatic hammers, derricks, steam or electric hoists or any other equipment that creates loud or disturbing noises between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. No construction work will be allowed on Sundays and legal holidays. These regulations do not limit a property owner's ability to perform maintenance and repairs on their own property at any time."

Very nice stay!!

We had a wonderful time and the property was very nice and welcoming.it had everything you needed…we hope to come back next year and have the same condo!!

Start the summer vaxay

Perfect location in Wild Dunes. Second floor gave a great view and has an elevator making it easy to unload and pack up. VERY clean, great pool, beautiful beach. Highly recommend this vacation spot!

Great stay

Isle of Palms is great and staying in the Wild Dunes section makes it even more enjoyable. The beaches are top notch and you feel very secluded and safe. Could not be a better location on the beach. The building where this unit is located is an older building and is showing its age a little. But, this unit has been renovated (except the bathrooms) and is very nice. The decor is beautiful, the appliances are new and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. You have a view of the ocean from the balcony and two of the bedrooms. Also a great view of a very well kept pool area. We had a smooth check in and great communication with the rental company. We would absolutely stay again.
