About this property

Two-room apartment in a terraced house in the building of Pinus Village, in the second row on the sea. Beautiful sea view, large garden.
Entrance-living room with bay window overlooking the sea, double bedroom, bathroom. Interior renovated in May 2015.
The array is built into the hillside. Consequently, the large garden is terraced, there are 10 steps to get to the house and the master bedroom, at the back of the house, takes light and air by a large atrium. Water reserve, garden equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers (all in wood), irrigation system, solar awning, cold outdoor shower.

Splendida Vacanza

Io e la mia famiglia con due bambine, abbiamo passato le nostre vacanze estive in questa splendida casa. La casa, nonostante sia un bilocale, permette di vivere comodamente anche in quattro utilizzando il divano letto in soggiorno. Gli spazi all'aperto permettono di godersi la vacanza in totale relax. La casa è ben tenuta e attrezzata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza, oltre ad essere veramente fresca. La vista mare è il vero pezzo forte di questa casa, per 14 giorni non abbiamo acceso la TV e ci siamo goduti il panorama. Sotto casa si trova una splendida spiaggia con un mare fantastico ma tutte le spiagge di Chia e Teulada sono veramente spettacolari e comodamente raggiungibili in macchina. Torneremo anche l'anno prossimo grazie anche a Fiorenza che è una padrona di casa solare, gentile e sempre disponibile.

Comodità Vista mare

Il nostro soggiorno é stato magnifico, una casa molto accogliente e comoda con tutto ciò che serve. Ambienti pulitissima. Un fantastico giardino per prendere il sole, pranzare e cenare all'aperto rigorosamente vista mare. Un vero sogno! La proprietaria super gentile e disponibile. Tutto perfetto!

Sehr Saubere Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Sehr saubere, zweckmäßig ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieterin die deutsch spricht. Ideal für 2 Personen. Schöner Blick aus Meer von der Terrasse. Im September waren die Wohnungen daneben und darüber nach 2 Tagen nicht mehr belegt, davor war es sehr hellhörig. Die Bucht unterhalb der Wohnung war wegen Algenproblemen nicht zum baden geeignet. War aber kein Problem in 7 Minuten Fußweg war man an einem der schönsten Strände der Gegend.
