At km 38.7 of the SS195 is Calaverde, an elegant private village nestled in a splendid pine forest of Mediterranean scrub with tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurant, diving center and of course a beautiful beach where there is, for those who love comfort, an enchanting beach resort on a human scale, a kiosk-bar with rental of sunbeds and umbrellas.

The house is a small and bright terraced house of 44 square meters built on two floors.
A ground floor with living room, sofa bed and American kitchen. A first attic floor with double bedroom and bathroom. Outside there is a veranda overlooking the garden where you can eat comfortably.
The context is very quiet and the beach can be reached on foot (150 meters), allowing you to leave your car in a private parking lot.

Prices include water, electricity and gas plus bed linen and towels for the bathroom.

The great place to relax in the lap of nature

I fell in love with the house when I first saw its pictures. In reality it looks exactly like on them. I spent in the house 12 lovely days of Septembre in complete peace and harmony with nature. The village is beautuful and quiet. The beach is 3 min walk from the house, it's extremely picturesque and comfortable for swimming and sunbathing. I took the beach umbrella from the house to feel free to choose the place where I want to stay on the beach. It's convenient that the supermarket (Market La Cantoniera) is 5 minutes walk and can provide almost everything you need. I didn't have a car but I really didn't want to go anywhere else because for my it was the paradise. I cooked for myself and had lovely breakfasts and dinners on the terrace. If you want to go to Cagliari or Pula you can take the bus 129 (linea 129), it runs on schedule. The bus stop is on the road right on the level of the supermarket. Free wi-fi is at the entrance of the village and this is also in the concept of peaceful relaxation. Definitely recommend!

VACANZA PERFETTA.

Casa veramente pulita ( particolare per noi molto importante ), accogliente, accessoriata e arredata con gusto. L'abitazione si trova nel complesso di Comunione Cala Verde, luogo molto bello, curato, con ampio parcheggio, a pochi passi spiaggia bellissima e market fornitissimo... posto ideale per riposare! Sig. Franco gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci torneremo senz'altro! La consiglio a tutti. Lorena Carmen.

Confortevole appartamento a pochi passi dalla spiaggia

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto rilassante sia per la posizione dell'appartamento, sia per i comfort presenti nella casa. Il giardino è spazioso e molto ombreggiato, perfetto per gustare i pasti all'aperto. La casa è ben arredata e dotata di tutto il necessario, oltre ad essere pulitissima. A pochi passi si trova la bella spiaggia di Calaverde, mai troppo affollata. L'appartamento è immerso in una pineta, molto adatta ai bambini vista la presenza di giochi. La descrizione dell'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente a quanto abbiamo trovato sul posto, ma devo dire che la casa è ancor più bella che in foto. Consiglio questo alloggio a coppie e famiglie in cerca di relax a due passi dal meraviglioso mare sardo.

Una favola

La casa è molto carina, pulitissima, ben organizzata, accessoriata di tutto e inserita nel complesso Comunione Calaverde, silenzioso, con parcheggio intenso e spiaggia vicinissima, servizi e market vicini. Perfetta organizzazione del Sig. Franco per servizi pulizia e consegna chiavi. A venti minuti le fantastiche spiaggie di Chia, da non perdere! e il centro di Pula.Un luogo in cui ritornerò quanto prima. Grazie Roberta

La casa risponde alla descrizione, è molto ben equipaggiata e dotata di ogni confort, pulita e decisamente vicina al mare. Il proprietario molto cortese e disponibile. La pavimentazione del soggiorno/cucina è stata interamente rinnovata rispetto alle foto ed è molto bella. Il Wi-Fi è disponibile solo vicino all'ingresso del comprensorio, la doccia esterna è un tubo per l'irrigazione e Sky non ha ricezione, ma a parte questo la casa è decisamente consigliata. Il comprensorio è curatissimo e particolarmente adatto a famiglie con bimbi anche piccolissimi come la nostra. La spiaggia è una delle più riparate dal vento che spesso è molto forte in Sardegna, dettaglio non da poco! Speriamo di tornare presto a Calaverde!

Al di sopra delle aspettative

Sono più di trenta anni che per le vacanze affitto settimanalmente case in residence o in villaggi e non mi era mai capitato di trovare una casa cosi ben arredata e con tutti i confort e gli accessori possibili.La pulizia era perfetta e il giardino curatissimo.Completa anche di sdraie,spiaggine e ombrellone per la spiaggia.La consiglio vivamente

Bon logement pour une semaine dans le sud

Logement conforme à la description et bien placé pour visiter à la fois Cagliari et aller à la magnifique plage de tuerrada. Sinon belle plage à 5min à pied. D'autre part, la propriétaire parle très bien français et est très disponible et serviable.

Ottima soluzione per famiglie,ad un passo dal mare

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento per una settimana tra fine giugno ed i primi di luglio. Il contesto residenziale è molto bello, con tanto verde. L'alloggio è costituito da una parte di villetta a schiera, con giardino e patio, ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura molto funzionale, una camera da letto, un po' piccola ma adeguata per una casa al mare ed un bagno. Il mare è a 150 metri a piedi, splendida spiaggia di sabbia e mare trasparente. C'è un bar sulla spiaggia con un piccolo lido, ma abbiamo utilizzato l'ombrellore messo a disposizione dal proprietario di casa. Immediatamente fuori dal complesso c'è il market, mentre all'interno sono disponibili un bel parco giochi per bambini, campo da tennis e da calcetto. Si tratta insomma di una bella oasi di tranquillità. Certo, se si vuole raggiungere il paese più vicino, con locali e ristoranti, occorre prendere l'auto, ma per il resto è assolutamente il posto ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, soprattutto per chi ha bimbi piccoli e vuole godersi il relax. La cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario hanno guarnito il tutto così da rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Sicuramente consigliato.

We relaxed with the kids for two weeks in early June, liked the house, very cozy. The house has everything you need to relax. Calaverde private residence and is ideal for a relaxing holiday with the kids, and many thanks and gratitude to Franco and Tina for comfort and provide a good pastime. Un posto da consigliare!

Abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento sulla base delle foto e recensioni positive. Avendo una bambina di 2 anni ero un po’ preoccupata sulla reale corrispondenza tra le mie aspettative e la realtà. Che dire… le mie attese sono state ampiamente soddisfatte: l’appartamento è curato e corrisponde alla descrizione. Il contesto in cui si trova è stupendo, tranquillo e molto curato: la casa si trova all’interno di una pineta accessibile solo a chi soggiorna lì, ci sono una zona dedicata ai bambini, campi da tennis, il parcheggio auto e si trova a due passi da una bella spiaggia di sabbia fine e mare cristallino. Si può tranquillamente “dimenticare” l’auto per tutto il soggiorno, altrimenti a pochi chilometri ci sono le belle spiagge di Chia, di Tuaredda o di cala cipolla. A 8 chilometri di distanza si trova invece il centro di Pula. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che amano la vacanza in appartamento e cercano un posto tranquillo e rilassante.

Tutto molto bene

La vacanza è andata benissimo, il residence era ben servito ed essendo senza auto il fatto di avere il market a due passi e le fermate del pullman li vicino è stato ottimo.Il mare era fantastico.La casa era ben fornita di tutti i confort, anche quando era finita la bombola del gas abbiamo dovuto aspettare solo un ora per la sostituzione.Non possiamo assolutamente lamentarci. Sia il proprietario che la ragazza che gestisce la casa sono disponibili e gentilissimi.

Appartamento molto carino e fornito di tutto ciò che può servire. Posizione bellissima e molto rilassante nella pineta, a due passi dal mare. La spaggia più vicina è bella e poco affollata. Un Bellissimo soggiorno

Sono stato veramente bene, il posto è molto bello, la casa ha tutto quello che può servire per passare al meglio una vacanza! Il villaggio ha tutto, campi da tennis, piscina, Windsurf e pure un minimarket a due passi, così da non dover prendere la macchina! Il contesto è splendido, la villetta è immersa in una pineta che sfocia direttamente sul mare!

Un posto splendido

Cosa volere di più, il posto è pulito, tranquillo e a due passi dal mare, ci sono un sacco di servizi come campi da tennis, piscina ecc... La casa è accogliente e luminosa e il contesto è gradevole. Poi c'è anche Sky... cosa volere di più... Consigliatissimo!!!

Belle petite villa, bien ...

Belle petite villa, bien équipée et très bien décorée, avec une petite terrasse donnant sur un petit jardin bien vert, dans un village de vacances bien organisé. Les plages de la région sont inabordables à cause du monde, mais la situation de la villa (+/- 150 mètres de la mer) nous a permis de nous baigner matin et soir, avant et après les excursions de la journée, sans avoir à chercher à garer la voiture. Très grande réactivité des propriétaires par mail quand nous avons eu besoin d'eux. Seul petit bémol : le wi-fi n'est pas dans la maison mais au poste de garde à l'entrée du village ... Au total, appréciation largement positive et location à conseiller.

We really enjoyed staying...

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. All information was in Italian so make sure you bring your phrase book if you don't speak the lingo. Beach was lovely with a convenient bar/cafe. We visited in June which was very quiet and the pool was closed, but that suited us. Apparently there is a restaurant close by, but we never found anywhere within walking distance which was disappointing. Our meet and greet lady was accommodating and acted quickly when we needed her. Expect some noise from the neighbouring hotel - music and fireworks, but generally a very nice place to stay.
