Bright and sunny villa with terrace and flower garden, facing south, close to the beautiful village of Eze, one of the most beautiful site of the Côte d'Azur!

It is a historic village to visit, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea! A must !

The villa is located in front of the splendid complex of tennis courts, paddle, and calcetto in a residence completely closed and reassured which has a collective swimming pool.

The main entrance of the villa overlooks the living room with kitchen, a bedroom with closet and bathroom, a separate toilet, and direct access to the garage.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, a beautiful office space, a bathroom, a toilet.

A parking space outside.

Close to shops, bus stops, beaches, train station! Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Principality of Monaco, Menton and Nice with its international airport. Ten minutes to reach the motorway and discover Italy, its restaurants, markets, Ventimiglia or San Remo.
