Charming villa, Quiet and Peaceful Villa with AC - private Saltwater pool.

On Domain Val d'Azur between medieval villages of Biot and Valbonne close to Antibes, Cannes and Nice. This comfortable south facing villa is on 2 levels with lovely garden and private saltwater pool. It has 3 bed rooms and sleeps 4-6 persons. Communal pool, three tennis courts, petanque and volleyball court are also in this nice quiet secured domain.
A supermarket, bakery and chemist can be found only a few minutes walk away. The historic villages of Valbonne & Biot are five minutes drive, only 4 kilometers away. Valbonne has many lovely shops, nice restaurants and holds a weekly Farmer's Market on Friday morning. There you can find wonderful delicious vegetables and lovely clothing. Biot is known for its pottery and glass blowing. The location of this villa is perfect for touring and exploring the local area. Many Golf courses is only 10-15 minutes away.

Fine small patio with grass area and generous stone-tiled terrace. Sit and enjoy the lovely shade under the cork oak.
Entrance with small hall and guest toilet. Generous living room with dining area. Large windows and exit to a sunny south-facing terrace. TV, DVD, Satellite channels and Swedish TV programs and stereo. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker.
Private saltwater pool is 3x6 meters.
Outdoor facilities: barbecue, garden furniture (on two places), swing and play area.
Parking for 1-2 cars.
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) the other bedroom is on entrance level and have a double bed (140 cm). Bathroom with shower.

Large communal pool in the domain only 3 min walk from the house.
Table tennis, petanque and volleyball court are also freely available in this lovely quiet secured domain, next to the large pool.
We have 3 tennis courts on the domain that can be used for free. Do not forget to bring your rackets.
Do you play golf? For the golf enthusiasts there is lots to do. You easy find many golf courses - 10 of which are within 15 km (Valbonne, Biot, Cannes, Mougins, Sophia Antipolis, Le Rouret, Opio, Grasse...) Tip: well known golf course Opio-Valbonne golf course is only 5 minutes away.

Location: French Riviera - in Provence - Cote d'Azur. Is conveniently situated 20 min drive from Nice airport, and only 10-15 min from the sandy beaches at Antibes and Cannes.
Tip from a guest: You can perfectly well do without a car at least one week. We took the bus No. 200 from the airport to Gare Biot (Biots train station) and waited for bus 10 which goes towards Valbonne. If one is to Antibes bus costs 2:50 euro from Val d'Azur. No car chaos and no parking problems.

Nous avons passés en famille un agréable séjour; Ce petit village de Valbonne est superbe, notamment son marché et ses restaurants. Nous avons eu la chance de louer cette magnifique maison de Charlotta, ou tout le confort, nous permis de rendre nos vacances agréables. Nous avons appréciés de pouvoir visiter, une grande partie des villes de la cote d'Azure, et de pouvoir se retrouver dans cette maison se situant dans une propriete privée, et surveillée, rendant cet endroit trés calme. Fin villa i lugnt område

Vi trivdes jättebra i denna välutrustade och fina villa, saknade ingenting. Sköna sängar, fräscha badrum, mycket bra kök med all nödvändig utrustning, fin uteplats och allt i bra skick. Allt var problemfritt under vistelsen. Bra internet vilket uppskattades av våra tonåringar. Toppen med egen pool, även om den var lite mindre uppskattade vi att inte behöva gå iväg för ett dopp. Ett lugnt och trivsamt bostadsområde med närhet till det mesta om man har bil, en stor Carrefour alldeles intill, nära till mysiga byar som Valbonne och Biot mfl. Tillmötesgående värd vid in- och utcheckning. Kan verkligen rekommenderas!

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine dans cette maison située à Valbonne, la maison est située à proximité des nombreuses activités (et également supermarchés et boulangeries). Cathie est également une personne très agréable, à l’écoute et prête à répondre à de nombreuses questions. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Peace and Quiet in the Centre of it all

Tranquility in the heart of the region. Valbonne, Biot, Cap D'Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Mougins on and on all in a short drive whilst you return home to the peace and quite of your own secure hideaway The house itself is in perfect condition with everything that you may need fully working, even internet Highly recommended anytime that I am not staying there!
