Déception entre les images et la réalité concernant l appartement

L annonce indiquait un rdc car nous avions une personne qui n était pas physiquement capable de monter ou descendre des escaliers et finalement on s est retrouvé avec un appart se situant à moins 2 étages. Heureusement la personne qui fait les entrées a eu la gentillesse de bien vouloir nous changer d appartement mais il a fallu du coup attendre 19h le soir.. Concernant la description de l annonce la première chose indiquée sur l annonce est Wifi hors la veille de l arrivée 20h30 bous recevons un message avec des instructions et dans lequel on nous signale qu ul n y a pas de wifi... Heureusement que nous ne venions pas pour ça... la résidence pourrait être bien s il y avait un minimum d entretien... tout est abîmé et surtout sale.. un vrai entretien et ménage au moins 2 fois par an améliorerait les choses... aspirateur n aspire rien du tout...toiles d araignées et moutons de poussière à gogo... vitres degueu... couvertures, rideaux, étagères degueu...Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette résidence. La prestation proposée ne vaut vraiment pas le prix... les photos de l annonce avec la déco montagne sont flatteuses et faites pour attirer mais le manque d entretien et la crasse ça c est la réalité...
