New construction home w/ marsh views/ocean view. All four bedrooms have a private full en suite bath. Main level has highly desirable open floor plan. Kitchen, dining & living rooms completely open. Break away doors on main level open the back of the house to our private pool & covered patio area. DON'T FORGET the beautiful grounds of North Beach Resort! 2 1/2 acres of pools, lazy river, hot tubs, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool, playground & swim-up bar ~ towels included! Golf cart service runs back/forth between properties for owners & guests. Outstanding gym, sauna & several restaurants on property. Amazing on-site Spa as well!

Amazing!

The property that we rented was beautiful and just like the house description described, Mark and Chrissy responded on a question we had quickly and were so helpful. We LOVED our stay there and will certainly go back again, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Family Vacay

Our stay was great. Our host, Mark and Chrissy are excellent people to work with. They go above and beyond any other people I have worked with in Myrtle Beach and that has been many. When we go back I will be sure to work with Mark and Chrissy. Thank you both for a great place to stay.

Family vacation 2023

Property was exactly as described. Area was very safe and able to also walk to beach, water park and restaurants. Gated at night. Mark was awesome to deal with, response time within a few minutes always and sent all info few days before arrival . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, we will definitely be returning 👌

Awesome family experience

House was VERY clean. Well stocked. Beautifully landscape neighborhood. Access to the resort was within walking distance. Easy to find and close to dining and shopping activities. Family enjoyed the stay and didnt want to leave for home. Highly recommend this house to anyone.
