Vacation rental Mauritius, Trou aux Biches with swimming pool, near sea and beach

We are in the north-west of Mauritius, at the entrance to Trou aux Biches and on the coastal road. The sea is on the other side of the road. A few steps walk is the public beach of Pointe aux Biches and we are 2 minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island with the turquoise lagoon with crystal clear waters ideal for swimming, sunbathing and diving and other kinds of sporting activities. Trou aux Biches is a fishing village.

Swimming is less than a hundred meters from the premises, a beach created by Le Veranda Pointe aux Biches Resorts Hôtel.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ventilated (air conditioning is optional) and the American kitchen includes a fridge, a gas stove, a microwave, a kettle, flat-screen TV, toaster , coffee maker ... and a full set of kitchenware. Also available for your private use the washing machine and the ironing equipment.

You have at your disposal a covered corner with BBQ facility and WiFi access is free. Air conditioning is an additional MUR 160 / n.

You can relax in the garden as well as in the seawater swimming pool. We can assure your transfer, your excursions and also your shopping across the island if you wish. Nearby, you will find small shops, a currency exchange office, car and scooter rental companies, bars / restaurants (Cabane du Filaos, Cabane du Pécheur, La Voile Bleue ...), a pizzeria, a medical office as well as '' a taxi rank and the bus stop. Supermarkets at 100 meters can complete your basket with products of greater consumption. The only aquarium on the island is 500m from the site. And if a Séga evening (typical Mauritian dance) tempts you, then go for it, it's a 2 minute walk.

The complex is well maintained and secure with private patrol. We have only two apartments in the complex, the ground floor and the first, equipped with all the necessary outdoor facilities, chairs, deckchairs, tables ... to ensure your stay in fullness.

You can also order a few steps from the apartments, at our neighbor next door, small local dishes for dinner if you wish for a small supplement. A real discovery of typical Mauritian cuisine ...

Your situation on the way out of the north will clear you of traffic jams and will allow you to quickly access the capital of the island, Port Louis and from there to all the other regions of the island. Everything is accessible by public transport as a bus station is right next to it and serves all the most beautiful sites of the island.

We can also organize your round trip airport transfer, outings and other excursions. On land, at sea but also in the air (yes, the paraglider has also come a long way on the island!)

Bedding will be provided. The maid service is € 7 / d and it is recommended that you take it at least once a week and the exit cleaning is € 25. All sheets and linens are provided.

Abritel displays our prices in euros. The Mauritian rupee (MUR) being the local currency, the price of our rental is calculated in MUR. For ease of conversion to MUR, please calculate 1EUR = 40MUR.

An amount of 50 € will be requested as a deposit on the day of your arrival and this will be returned to you after an inventory on the day of your departure.

Our rentals are reserved and rented exclusively to residents and we also have the approval of the Mauritius Tourist Office.
