Newly renovated and decorated one bedroom apartment to very high spec in a central position. 3 minutes walk to CARIHUELA BEACH (200 metres) and 10 mins walk to the beautiful BENALMADENA MARINA. Apartment based in quiet location. Sunny and bright with air-conditioning, balcony, FREE WIFI AND NETFLIX. Sun on Balcony most of the day! Washing Machine and plenty of storage and new electric shutters with remote control. New Kingsize Bed with memory mattress for a perfect night sleep! Ceiling fans in all rooms operated by switch or remote control and with light to adjust to preferred colour temperature. Lovely pool with sun all day. Ideally located 3 minutes from Carihuella Beach and beautiful promenade with classy restaurants and Benalmadena's sophisticated Marina. Bus stops right outside apartment taking you in one direction to Torremolinos and Malaga or to Fuengirola, Marbella, Mijas and Arroya de Miel in the other direction. Lots of activities are nearby including the beautiful Paloma Park and Tivolli World. WIFI installed with TV, DVDs and Netflix. It is air-conditioned throughout and also has new shutters to keep the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Overall was very satisfied with the apartment. Sharna was very quick to respond to any of my questions. Very close to the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. It was also very quiet both in the day and night. Would visit again.

Sharna was very helpful, even calling me & sending me a map, before I even went, Sharna answered all my questions,when I informed her a would be using the train,from the airport, Sharna sent me details. The apartment is small, but lovely, the area is so quite, so easy to relax, lots of local restaurants & shops.The beach is walking distance away. We mostly ate at the Veiw restaurant which is just before the beach,they do,English & Spanish food. We would highly recommend this apartment, & we are looking forward to returning

Really charming. Great location. Good Value!

This was a really lovely apartment which was perfect for me and my husband. It's location is excellent. It is close to the beach and right opposite a public doctor's surgery which if you carry an E111 card is completely free. This is always a benefit, especially when you get older. The bed was so comfortable with lovely linens and we got the best night's sleep there. Air con was good and everything seemed to be new. We love this area because it has so much to offer although this is the first time we stayed at this apartment. We also felt very safe here and definitely will be coming back again.

Thank you for writing an honest review of your stay. The Doctor's surgery is a great benefit for Briitsh Holiday Makers and Expats as there are very few non private surgeries on the coast and it is not easy finding where they are based. Many people go private because of this and claim back costs on insurance but as you mention this surgery is free with the E111. Let's hope no-one has to use it but it is good just knowing it is opposite the back gate of the apartment if you need it! Best Wishes Sharna Nothman

We had two weeks mid March, excellent weather. Apartment as described except for 2 issues. WiFi was 22 Mb not 100. Also no cable or satellite tv. The bed was super comfortable which is rare in Spain, and area very quiet which we enjoyed. Balcony very narrow and just about fits two people. Good communication with host Sonia and owner .

Small but perfect

Our 12 night stay in June was a delight. We usually go to a hotel when away but decided this time to go off piste and book our accommodation through home away and flights separately. The apartment is in a good location and the area, which we had visited before, is lovely. The apartment is small but very clean and has everything you need, could do with a bigger balcony if being picky but it's all actually quite lovely and the whole process was easy, even managed to get our own train and bus transfers. Although we were given a map to the apartment and did find it, it would have been helpful if we were told the entrance was just next to the Mexican restaurant and that the apartment is down one level, as it was difficult to find at night time. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Spotless, Comfortable and Great Location

We arrived at the apartment at 10am and were so pleased that the owners said we could check in at any time during the day. This was a real bonus because we had an early morning flight and we therefore began our holiday from the moment we arrived. We stocked up with some nice food from Mercadona (wonderful supermarket) which is a 5 minute walk, There is also a Lidl 5 mins in the other direction. The apartment was spotless which was very refreshing as we have rented on many occasions before in the same cost bracket and most others where not as clean and were a little dated. The apartment is bright with adequate shade from the nice curtains and the furniture all looks to be new. The apartment itself is not massive but there is loads of storage for clothes and toiletries which was great. The bed was lovely and felt very comfortable and the linens were nice too. The bed looked new and again was spotlessly clean. The balcony was not that big but the chairs were clean and new and we sat out on it many times as the sun was on it most of the day. The kitchenette was adequate but there is no oven which was fine for us as we went out for dinner most nights, but there is a microwave, elecric hob and toaster. The location is fantastic, We were 5 mins walk to Carihuella beach which is a mile long of lovely golden sands and really good restaurants and shops. We were pleased that many were authentic and there were no amusement arcades or similar. This is why the area is also very popular with Spanish families who often go to visit. The Marina is 5 mins in the other direction and is really lovely day or night with beautiful restaurants and shops. We were pleased to be close to the free doctor's surgery. But one of the best things was that the bus stops right outside the apartment in both directions. We met a number of other people in the block and they were so friendly and helpful. Air con was great too and as long as you use it sensibly, eg keep windows closed while it is on, there is no charge unlike some others who have meters. I really cannot fault the apartment and it was a pleasure dealing with Sharna the owner who kept us informed and remained in contact before and throughout the holiday.

Excellent location for one couple

The apartment is correctly, accurate described. Small but equipped with all we needed. A special remark regarding the excellent communication, instant answers of the owner. Perfect 9 night stay

Got taxi outside airport cost €25. If you look at the building with Mexican restaurant on right entrance is kinda next door but one (bit with roof tiles over) 4 story building, you come in on 3rd floor and go down one floor to apartment. Perfect for 2 with everything you need except washing machine but we took a travel bottle of detergent. Very clean and modern. Pool was bigger than expected and also had sun beds and parasols. Shady/sun areas. Never more than 6 people there. 15 mins stroll to Benelmadena harbour one way, Carihuela Main Street the other. So much choice of eateries and shops. Pinocchios at harbour favourite restaurant. Pleasant apartment, area and holiday, would do again. Thank you Sharna

Clean and tidy, well worth the price paid

Sharna, was a pleasure to deal with and returned any email promptly. The apartment is in an ideal location and the pool is not always used by other residents, so you have it to yourself alot of the time, perfect for sunbathing and having a quick dip. The apartment is very nice and airy, the new AC unit is a god send. We didn't have an iron on arrival, but Mandy who looks after the apartment brought one round,top marks for customer service. In the whole we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to our friends and family.... Lee and Nicola

Apartment, was lovely and clean and well maintained. Pool was nice and location is great. Only negative.. We only had 2 towels each for 2 weeks, as there is no washing machine, unable to wash. Would have been nice to have more towels.

Fabulous holiday, the apartment gave us a comfortable home from home in a great location

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well presented. It’s in a great location for accessing the Carihuela Beachfront, Benalmádena marina and Torremolinos town with everything you need in easy walking distance. If you want to venture further the bus stop is on the doorstep. There are two decent supermarkets a short walk away and a bakery next door for fresh bread and pastries. The king size bed is really comfortable and we slept well.There’s loads of wardrobe space if you don’t like to pack light. The shower room is all very new and spotlessly clean. The sofa is very comfy and some nights when we’d been out all day we were happy to stay in and watch some of the good selection of dvds. The balcony gets the sun for most of the day so is pleasant to sit out for a cuppa or glass of wine. The pool area is great and a nice alternative to the beach. Sharna the owner is lovely and provides all information about getting there and accessing the property and is also on hand if you did have any questions. Overall a 5 star recommendation and we’ve had a fabulous holiday. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and to visit again

Lovely Apartment

Stayed at this lovely little apartment early December. The weather was amazing so we were really lucky. They had just put in a brand new bathroom and we were the first to use it. Really lovely. There is a lovely long sofa with feather cushions to sit and watch TV which is important during the winter months and countless DVD’s for all tastes. The apartment was very bright and the bedroom very comfortable with lots of storage for clothes to hang and shelves. The bed looked new and was really clean which for us is really important. It was extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. The area was peaceful and the bus stopped right outside. The sun was on the balcony for most of the day and although the balcony was not big, we sat out there quite a lot. Again the kitchen was not big but had everything we needed. There was a fab café out the back gate to the left and we had our breakfast there every day - Panini with Marmalade and a cappuccino only 2,80 euro. The café at the entrance had wifi and could be received from the balcony or just inside the lounge door. Sharna was excellent and answered all our questions.

Small but beautifully formed!

My wife and I know the resort well but had not stayed in this area before! We knew the apartment was small as it was described as such! Yes it is! but perfectly suitable for a couple and has everything you need! I agree with other comments that the bed is extremely comfortable, We would definitely book again if we go back to this resort! Excellent communication with the owner is an added bonus.

Very comfortable, clean, well equipped and in excellent condition. Ample room for two people. Plenty of towels and bedding, if needed. Extremely well situated for shops, beach and bus routes to Torremolinos centre, Airport, Marbella, etc. Although the two of us do have some mobility issues, we managed the steps adequately, and found the 'pool gate entrance' extremely useful. Didn't use the swimming pool as the weather was not warm enough, but it looked very inviting. The grounds were kept immaculate, and the whole building was always clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this property, and Sharna has been extremely helpful. We could not find fault with our holiday, excepting for the weather!!! Even the neighbours were very friendly and helpful.

We love our welcoming apartment and have spent many beautiful holidays here. We are particular with the guests who come to stay as the apartment has been taken care of and we have special relationships with our Spanish neighbours.

Our apartment is bright and sunny. It has been refurbished and everything is new. It has a very comfy bed and is close to the sea. It is extremely good value and we love it. But of course we are not biased!!

What makes this property unique

Good location to travel and buses right outside. Across the road is an excellent doctors surgery/clinic.
