Guest Villa have expansive bedrooms, bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and great rooms boasting floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplaces. A magnificent cedar plank deck connects the Lake Villa and Guest Villa offering spacious outdoor seating, entertaining and dining options with an outdoor fireplace and barbecue. Panoramic views of Sakinaw Lake can be seen from almost every room in both Villas. The deck and the boat house offer front row seating to the best sunsets in British Columbia.
The Lake Villa has a main floor master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king size bed. Upstairs there is another master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king size bed. There is a room with two twin beds and another room with a king size bed that shares a full bathroom with the twin room. All bathrooms are tastefully appointed with granite counters and slate tile finishes. In the Lake Villa there is a gourmet kitchen, dining / living room, recreation room, again, all custom designed and beautifully finished with timeless elegance.
The Guest Villa offers a main floor master bedroom with an ensuite and king size bed. Upstairs there is a lake view room with king size bed and then a room with two twins sharing a full bathroom with the lake view room. There is a full kitchen, with a large island, laundry and Great Room to complete the Guest Villa.
