Pleasant and sunny apartment of 45 m² composed of a large living room of 25 m2 a room of 10 m², a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will also have a large private and secure terrace of 30 m² with garden furniture, all in a quiet luxury residence.

The building is ideally located near the fishing port, 150 meters from the beach, shops downtown and restaurants, no need for your car, you can do everything on foot! Parking around the building is free.

Cinema, bowling and tourist office also located 100 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is composed of:

- Large living room with sofa bed for 2 people
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped,
 - Bedroom with two twin beds of 90X180 convertible into a double bed,

Agréable séjour pour le 11 novembre

Gîte à la propreté irréprochable. Situation optimale pour se rendre rapidement aux commerces alentours. Le petit marche aux poissons à 2 pas nous a permis de profiter à plein des produits de la mer. Mr Dupuis s est montré arrangeant alors que nous ne savions précisément l heure à laquelle nous arriverions. Pour toutes ces raisons, je recommande cette location.

La situation de l'appartement est idéale, sur le port et à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants, étals des pêcheurs. La résidence est très calme. La terrasse entièrement close est assez grande. C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute avec plaisir.
