PET FRIENDLY! PRIVATE POOL! Absolutely adorable 3 BR, 2 BA cottage is just a short drive to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants in downtown Rehoboth. Located in the charming Bay Vista community, this cheery two story home offers relaxing screen porch and deck and spacious fenced- in yard for your fur baby, and a private pool. Four off- street parking spaces, wireless Internet and gas grill too! Why pay in-town prices when you can have it all for a very reasonable weekly rate? Dog friendly with pet fee and addendum. (NO CATS!!) Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Guest pays a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Amazing location - close to everything but quiet neighborhood

Location was amazing for us and will definitely be back here! The house was a great size even for 6 of us (2 adults 4 kids) pool and hot tub were a great feature to have to ourselves. Dog hair from previous ppl was still around so could have used a better cleaning, but it’s a pet friendly home and we have 2 at home so didn’t really bother us too much. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Property

This house was beautiful inside and outside and had everything you could think of. We enjoyed the pool day and night and loved having a hot tub as well. The porch was perfect to sit on and watch a couple storms that came through during our stay. The neighborhood is so quiet and conveniently located to all the beaches we wanted to visit. We loved having the full fenced in yard for our dog. Definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Getaway

We were all very impressed with the property and the check in process. It had everything that we could want for while we were away on vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, the pool was fantastic, we had an excellent time and would definitely stay at this property again!

Rehoboth vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside area was very accommodating. The pool was great but the water temperature could have been warmer. Nice hot tub for 4. Quality outside lounge chairs and umbrellas. The bedrooms are a bit small. Very well stocked kitchen. The steps to the loft style bedroom are narrow and open and a bit steep probably fine for younger people. Would have been nice to have a tv in one of the two main floor bedrooms. Would have preferred better cable tv, Roku was the tv source. Overall a cute beach vacation house.

Good for the price

Overall, the place was fine. The location was good and close enough to the beach that we could bike there in 10-15 minutes. The house was enough space for our 4-member family. It could use a deep cleaning. We came prepared and spent some time tidying up. Wish I would have called the property manager instead.
