Accueil remarquable et chaleureux. Gite très bien situé pour visiter la région mais aussi si vous recherchez le calme et la tranquillité. Maison très propre et bien équipée en ce qui concerne la cuisine et les appareils électro-ménagers. Cependant, nous ne disposions pas de ventilateurs qui auraient été indispensables du fait des fortes chaleurs, surtout à l'étage dont l'isolation des combles doit être insuffisante (36 relevés). La robinetterie surtout pour les douches est datée et nécessiterait d'être remplacée. Et enfin la terrasse à l'étage devrait être sécurisée par la fermeture provisoire de la barrière donnant accès à l'escalier extérieur en attendant que des rampes soient installées. En bref, un gite agréable mais perfectible et qu'il vaut mieux réserver sur des périodes où les températures sont plus douces.

Leuke woning in een rustige omgeving

Leuk huisje in een rustig gebied. Aangezien we met z'n 2-en waren, konden we alles op de begane grond doen en hadden we de hele bovenverdieping niet nodig. Niet erg, want de deurdoorgangen op de bovenverdieping zijn niet erg hoog en ik 2 meter lang ben :-). De buren zijn zeer rustig en hebben een bijzonder vriendelijk hond die je verder niet opmerkt. Klein minpuntje is de hondenopvang in de buurt waar de honden nogal tekeer kunnen gaan en daarmee enigszins de rust verstoren. Maar dat is dan ook het enige en is verder geen echte reden om niet voor dit huis te kiezen.Eigenlijk en echte aanrader dus!

Adorable

Une maison très agréable et décorée avec soin où il fait bon vivre. Vraiment charmante ! Elle est située en pleine campagne dans un havre de paix. Elle est très très bien équipée, et on s'y sent de suite "comme à la maison" Le jardin est clôturé et isolé de tout regard. La tonnelle nous a assuré des apéros avec toutes les météos. Le BBQ et tout le reste est très fonctionnel. Pour les commerces : mur de Bretagne à moins de 10min Danielle qui nous a accueilli, en l'absence de Maylis, est une perle. Son accueil et sa gentillesse sont précieux. Propetaire très agréable et réactive dans ces messages, très arrangeante aussi pour les horaires d'arrivée par exemple. Bref, une très belle expérience, proche de la nature et loin de la densité humaine. NB: les balades au lac de Guerlédan sont superbes, et les baignades aussi Latonnelle nous a assuré des aperos

VACACIONES EN SAINT AIGNAN. BRETAGNE. AGOSTO 2023

Hemos estado doce días disfrutando con nuestros amigos por Bretagne y ha sido fantástico, una experiencia para repetir. El alojamiento en la casa, todo perfecto, una casa con todo detalle, hemos estado muy a gusto. Lo único una sugerencia al propietario 😉, en la habitación grande de arriba y en la puerta de la cocina y puerta de entrada, no vendría mal poner mosquiteras como en las otras habitaciones, pues difícilmente tener la ventana abierta o puerta abierta por las pesadas moscas. Sin duda es una casa que volveríamos y recomendamos. Nathalie que fue quién nos recibió, un encanto de señora y su propietaria Maylin, no hemos tenido el gusto de conocerla, pero un encanto igualmente la comunicación con ella.

Magnifique sejour !

Très bon accueil par une voisine très gentille qui nous a indiqué pleins d'endroit à visiter ! Maison agréable, spacieuse, au calme. Le jardin est superbe et très bien aménagé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je conseille vivement cette location !

Du calme à la campagne dans une maison aux petits soins

La propriétaire étant à distance, nous avons été accueillis par les charmants voisins. Le poêle était allumé à notre arrivé pour notre plus grand bonheur. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La décoration est magique, notamment la salle de bain du haut avec son sol en tek et sa baignoire sur pieds. Le jardin est très joli et les environs sont propices aux balades et à la détente. Attention quand même pour les plus jeunes et les sorties en vélo, le paysage est très vallonné. heureusement il y a le chemin de hallage le long du canal Nantes Brest qui promet à toute la famille de belles balades sur le plat. En résumé, entre l'accueil, la qualité de la maison et les paysages bretons je recommande vivement cette location.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans un très beau cadre bucolique et campagnard.Nous avons apprécié séjourner dans cette belle maison chalet où il fait bon vivre!!!La maison est très bien aménagée.les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que les salles de bain.Typhen vous accueille à votre arrivée et est très sympathique.C est un endroit calme et paisible où il fait bon se reposer!!!nous y retournerons avec plaisir!!!Valérie,Didier ,Alizée et Hugo
