Traditional chalet of 140m2, the Novelin chalet is located on the heights of Gets, in a quiet hamlet, with a breathtaking view from the large terrace facing south. Located only 450m from Lake Schools and Recreation Center, and 10Min walk from the village center. It can accommodate up to 12 people, great comfort and has a private parking. There is a free shuttle 30m from the chalet allowing you to access the village even more easily.

It is composed as follows:
Ground floor: A large private entrance with storage and laundry, then on your left a large secure garage to store your bikes in summer.
1st floor: Large bright living room and dining room with a large bay window opening onto a large terrace to enjoy the sunny days and the view of the peak of Marcelly.
A large open kitchen fully equipped.
A first room for 2 people with 2 single beds and bathroom and separate toilet.
2nd Floor :
1 bedroom for 3 persons with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, with shower room and wc
1 room for 3 persons with 3 single beds, with shower room and wc.
1 room for 4 persons with 1 double bed and 2 single beds with shower room and small balcony.
