Located in Lannion / Côte de Granit Rose next to the cinema, "Breiz'h Shelter" and 4 minutes walk from the station you stay in this quiet studio on the 1st floor independently with a separate entrance by a staircase outside. A double bed with good mattress is at your disposal and an equipped kitchenette allows you to eat on the spot if you do not want to go out to make you happy in one of the many places of restoration which are at short distance on foot: either creperies or local or exotic dishes up to a starry restaurant 10 minutes walk ... or the seaside about fifteen minutes by car. The cultural animation very rich throughout the year and the new heritage is to discover; beaches and coves as well as beautiful customs trails are at distances between 15 and 25 minutes by car: The Côte de Granit Rose with its soft and wonderful rocks! And also the interior of Brittany is worth a trip to magical places - your host will be happy to inform you!

Accommodation in Lannion

A bit disappointed at the facilities available in this single room accommodation, which is a converted part of the owners house. No Wi-Fi was available. Chairs looked nice but were not comfortable. There was no table and no leg room under the small eating desk. Hosts were pleasant. Room was clean. few minutes walk to town centre for cafes and eating. 12 minutes walk to a few good restaurants.

Die kleine Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Viertel in Lannion gelegen. Man hört kaum Straßenlärm und ist trotzdem innerhalb von 10min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, war es durch die vielen Fenster immer angenehm und nicht zu heiß. Dank Mückennetzen ist es auch abends und nachts problemlos möglich zu lüften. Das Bad ist geräumig und sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich ein paar Schneidbretter wären noch nützlich gewesen. Der Kontakt zu Jutta und Cyril war immer sehr herzlich und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben gute Tipps zum Essengehen und zur Besichtigung der Stadt bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous tenions à remercier chaleureusement nos hôtes. L’accueil est au top, vraiment parfait et sincèrement gentils. Le logement est idéal, spacieux bien équipé, propre bref le choix idéal pour découvrir ou redécouvrir la côte de Granit rose. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir dans ce logement. Le parking privé est un grand plus et la petite terrasse pour prendre le café la matin génial. Merci encore

calme et proximité de la ville

Logement très bien situé, proche du centre ville et calme. Nous y étions pour 4 nuits, donc approprié à notre attente. De plus, nous partions le matin pour ne rentrer que le soir, donc tout à fait convenable. Conviendrait peut-être moins pour un séjour de plus longue durée.
