We propose to rent "Les Roses", pretty Arcachon dating from 1928. You will be charmed by this typical house in the Arcachon Basin. On one level, it has been completely renovated by an architect in 2018 in respect of its ancient ornaments. You will spend peaceful, sunny and comfortable holidays. Lake Cazaux is 500 meters away. Pyla-sur-Mer and Arcachon are two steps: taking a beautiful forest track (asphalted) that connects Cazaux Dune Pilat you are there in 1 / 4h (also possible by the fast lane).


Here is how our house is organized:
- Land of about 1500 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and trampoline (the safety nets and small access ladder have been fixed after the photo)
- Large living room (50 m2): kitchen open to dining room communicating with a stay-veranda equipped with a wood stove
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, washing machine, (on the other hand we do not have microwaves)
- 1 bedroom (16 m2): double bed 140
- 1 bedroom (16 m2): double bed 140
- 1 dormitory with 5 beds (20 m2): 1 single bed 90 and 2 bunk beds 90
- 1 large bathroom (16 m2): 2 sinks, walk-in shower, free standing bath
- 1 small bathroom (2 m2): 1 washbasin, walk-in shower
- Separate toilets
- Connection to the private wifi network (home box)
